ERECTION, COMMISSIONING AND JUMPERING OF 145 KV TENDOM ISOLATOR, 33 KV BUS ISOLATOR INCLUDING DISMENTALING OF OLD JUMPERS AND ASSOCIATED WORKS AT 132 KV SUBSTATION AMROHA UNDER ETD AMROHA.

Amount

The following works are to be carried out at ETD-Amroha.

Dismantling of 145KV Spare Tendom isolator complete with structure including cutting of earthing, opening of jumpers etc. from 63 MVA T/F 3rd Bay.

Dismantling of 36 KV Bus isolator complete with structure including cutting of earthing, opening of jumpers etc. from spare old damaged 33 KV Bay.

Dismantling of 33 KV Bus PT along with structure installed at 33 KV Bus section 1st Tendom including cutting of earthing, opening of jumpers, junction Box and secondary connections etc.

Erection of following stucture, including shifting of material from store to site and fabrication if required. a. BTI (0.584MT) b. ABL (0.341MT) c. ALP (3x0.121=0.363)

Erection of 145 KV Tendom isolator along with post insulators, Mechanism, male-female arms and making proper alignment including shifting of material from store to site, fabrication if required.

Erection of 33 KV Bus isolator along with post insulators, Mechanism, male-female arms and making proper alignment including shifting of material from store to site, fabrication if required.

Erection of 33 KV PT along with 01 No. Junction Box, making secondary connections including shifting of material from store to site, fabrication if required.

Cutting straightening, bending, welding laying 700mm below in side ground including digging of earth and above ground of following size of MS. Flat. Welding machine and electrodes will under scope of contractor. i. 50x6mm

Painting of following old MS Earthing strips above ground level with 01 coat of red oxide primer and 02 coat of synthetic enamel paint including rubbing and cleaning, including cost of all material, labour and T&P.

Dismantling of Jumpers between 40 MVA T/F 1st Bus isolator 132 KV Main Bus and 132 KV Moradabad Bay Bus isolator, including opening of all isolator clamps, PI clamps, PG clamps and spacers etc

Interconnections and Jumpering Between 40 MVA T/F 1st Main Bus isolator to newly erected 145 KV Tendom isolator, Tendom isolator to 132 KV Main Bus and 132 KV Moradabad Bay Bus Isolator including shifting of material from store to site and tightening of various clamps.

Interconnections and Jumpering Between 33 KV Main Bus to newly erected 36 KV Bus isolator to station Transformer and 33 KV Main Bus to newly erected Bus PT (03 Nos), including shifting of material from store to site and tightening of various clamps
