Fitting and providing one Strut using HT PSC pole using proper size of strut clamp ( GI) including digging and back filling pit in all classes of soil. The Cost includes cost of Strut clamp also.
Stringing of 11 kV Aerial bunched cable of size 3 x 120 + 1 x 95 sqmm with insulated Messenger through existing poles/ newly inserted pole providing loop where ever necessay as per the direction of departmental Officers and tieing the cables using UV plastic tie -Heavy Duty of Length as per standard ( including cost of plastic tie)). The work also includes 1. Touching clearance where ever necessary 2. Erection of Anchoring clamp / Dead end clamp/suspension clamp 3. Installation of MVT and its terminal connections where ever necessary etc 4. Pole numbering as per standards etc
Doing one set of 3 no. cable end termination on HT ABC of sizes Up to 3x150+1x120 sqmm
Fitting one set AB switch on existing DP, giving connection and drawing sufficient length of GI earthing leads to the ground for earthing, excluding provision of earthing.
Erection of 11kV LA set ( 3 Nos) with supporting plates and giving all connections etc including cost of earth strip - GI ( 25 x 3mm) and its drawal.
Providing one Coil Earth using No.8 GI-earth wire (50mm dia, 115 turns) including digging separate pit (0.45x0.45x1.5m) at standard distance away from the pole/structure in classes of soil & backfilling.
Providing one Earth using GI earth pipe of size 40mm dia, 2.5 m length including digging separate pit (0.45X0.45X2.5 m) at standard distance (1.5m) away from the pole/structure in all classes of soil and backfilling the pit with Bentonite powder and other accessories for improving earth resistance and providing earth chamber with covering slab complete.(includes the cost of adeqaute earth enhancing compound- Bentonite powder etc)
Transfering (without damage) LT Single /three phase OH line conductor by dismantling cross arms, insulators, spacers, jumper connections, LT stays, LT struts, LT fly stays etc and refitting properly on to the newly errected 11 kV poles as directed by KSEBL.The work also includes dismantling and refitting of branch circuit, service connection, street light and dismantling of all LT poles erected for the line etc
