Dismantling and removing old wornout water proofing treatment / EPDM membrane from roof top and rubbish off the premises out side the premises of IMA complete all as directed. Note: (a) Quoted rate deemed to includes for dismantling water supply & other services of E/M placed over roof with making alternate arrangements or commissioning same services without affecting Officr mess activities for execution of roof treatment and connected items on roof. No price adjustments on any ground viz. rates, quantum, position, conditions etc. shall be admissible). (b). Quoted rates deemed to be included for consulting E/M services i.e Water supply, Electric supply and ACs for the conditions mentioned above and no price adjustment on any ground. (c) The contractor is advised visit the site before quoting their rates, no claaim in this regard shall be enertained at later stage.

Demolition of mud phuska from roof of any thickness including leapeing plaster including removing off the demoltion material from roof out side the premises of IMA complete all as specified and directed.

Dismanlting of Bricks (laid flat or on edge ) or brick tiles in floors etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) laid on roof slab finished even and fair including making joints 12mm wide to the full depth of PCC at every 2 meters and at every change of direction and filling the same with sealing compound, grade "A" after a coat of bounding agent SBR latex is applied without dilution to bond old and new concrete surface complete all as directed by GE.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 ( using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in roof padding, laid in proper slope and finished fair and even, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cutting channels, grooves and filled with mortar admixed with multifunctional acrylic polymer emulsion in the ratio of 1:2:3 or rebates n. exc. 15Cm girth and trimming surface with or without reinforcement all as per manufacturer's instruction complete all directed.

M&L for All honey comb areas and construction joints to be grouted with non-shrink cementitious grout of approved make @ 1% by weight of cement @0.75m c/c and nozzle to be sealed with fast setting nonshrink water stopping mortar (Only in required area) all as per manufacturer's direction instruction complete all directed.

M & L for providing and applying solvent based moisture cured PU waterproofing on horizontal and vertical surfaces conformig to ASTM standards with solid Content more than 90%, Elongation more than 700%, Crack Bridging over 1.5mm. Entire surface first to be treated with low viscosity polyurethane resin based primer having density more than 0.9 gm/cc using brush or airless spray as per manufacturer's direction. Primer shall be allowed to touch dry to achieve appropriate DFT. Once Primer is touch dry Apply Single component polyurethane liquid membrane using brush/roller /airless spray in two coats to form a cured elastic membrane of thickness not less than 1 mm with consumption of Polyurethane not less than 1.2 kg/Sqm in total. Subsequent coat to be applied after initial coat is touch dry. Curing period for both the coats shall be kept as per the directions of manufacturer. After PU waterproofing a final coat of protection layer having UV resistant and anti-carbonation properties shall be provided. Note :- polyurethane should be mixed properly prior to application using slow speed mixture to ensure homogeneous mix. Work shall be executed by authorised applicator of manufacturer only as per the specifications and methodology laid down by manufacturer upto roof height of Double storied building. The contractor will submit 10 years manufacturer's guarantee against leakage and seepage for material and application by firm and OEM repecttively. The contractor will aslo submit 2.50% guarantee amount for 10 years of amount of this item against leakage and seepage. Make: STP, Sika, Fosroc

S&F 500 Litres capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks, three layered, ISI Marked (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position, all as specified in SSR part I-2009 including 20mm dia GI light grade washout pipe 50mm long with plug and 20mm dia GI light grade over flow pipe 600mm long with fitting including dismantling of existing unserviceable tank and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Ball valve 15mm dia high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball min weight 210 gms fixed in repairs complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers, under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand ) furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 3 Kg of cement per square metre, top layer 15mm cement plaster 1:1/2:2 (1 cement: 1/2 coarse sand : 2 stone chipping 10mm nominal size) in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing, the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings,complete all as specified.

Supply only water proofing liquid compound complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for apply non-flammable Primer after dilution with potable water as per the specifications laid down by manufacturer for average Coverage 8-10 m2 / Ltr of the mix and allow it to dry, post elimination of undulation, roughness of concrete, joint marks, Voids and any other surface correction. Now, providing and applying two coat of high water repellent acrylic silicone coat (color as approved by Engineer-in-charge) with UV resistant and anti- carbonation properties having solid content 55-60% and min Elongation 300%. Minute dilution if required can be done in first coat as per the manufacturer's direction, to have brushable consistency only. No dilution shall be done in second coat. Coverage and curing period of both the coats shall be maintained as per the specifications laid down by the manufacturing firm. Note :- Work shall be executed through authorised applicator only and upto roof height of Double storied building, under the supervision of manufacturer firm, (Work should be guaranted for min 02 years against leakage and seepage for material and application by firm and OEM repecttively). Taking down existing broken portion of upward, dowanward / inverted facia or roof slab or visible concrete reinforcement of any thickness and shape and surface area n. exc 0.50 Mtr wide repaired by providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) mixed with quick setting adhesive inclusive of all necessary reinforcement / mesh and other material including finishing the surface by rendering 10 mm thick plaster in CM 1:3 and finished even and smooth surface using extra cement over concrete surface and PCC benching including weathering slightely rounded or chamfered angles and throating over and including priming newly surface with application of one coat of primer, 2 mm thick acrylic damp proof wall care putty and treatment of brokan concrete reinforcement, applying two coat of Apex paint (Weather coat exterior paint) and complete making good existing disturbed surface all as specified (work to be carried out upto a height of 7.5 m height and rate shall be inclusive of all necessary scaffolding and shuttering) . Note: Reinforcement if required shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of this BOQ)

Repairing to existing door/ window chajjas upto 3.0m span and width 1.0m by demolition/ scrapping of damaged portion and preparing the surfaces by providing 50mm thick cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate including finishing the surface by rendering 10 mm thick plaster in CM 1:3 and finished even and smooth surface using extra cement over concrete surface and PCC benching including weathering sliglitely rounded or chamfered angles and throating over and and complete making good existing disturbed surface all as specified and directed (work to be carried out upto a height of 7.5 m and rate shall be inclusive of all necessary scaffolding and shuttering). S&F mild steel TMT bar 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Wire mesh cable trays must be designed with an optimum span of 1.5 m, taking into account the maximum carrying capacity authorised by the manufacturer. Assemblies with specific fire resistant properties must have an E30-E90 certificate.
