General Servicing to Diesel Engine Generating Set any type and make including checking all rubber/hose pipes, checking of coupling joints, v belts speed governer, air filter, filter elements valve tappet adjustments, radiator lines, leakage of coolent, oil including oiling/greasing & repalcement of consumable parts such as minor items like nut/bolt, washers, gasket, welding works etc (included in unit rate) and replacement of worn out/unserviceable parts (to be measured seperately as supply only) suitable for 125 KVA capacity Make:-Cummins/Kirloskar/Graves NOTE : Cost facotor of labours for servicing & fixing of parts shall be deemed to be included in unit rate. However worn out & unserviceable parts to be replaced will be measured and paid saparately as supply only. M&L for overhauling of complete engine to DG set 125 KVA Make Cummins by dismenteling the complete Engine assebly by replacing the worn out parts with new parts such as piston assemby with ring set and linner of engine bore complete sets, begen bearing sets,inlet valve sets,exhaust valve sets,valve grinding,heas gaskit set ,head grinding and reassembling the engine, testing for desire electrical load, all transportation, legth work are included in complete to job. NOTE:- Cost facotor of labours for Overhauling & fixing of parts shall be deemed to be included in unit rate. However worn out & unserviceable parts to be replaced will be measured and paid saparately as supply only as under. M&L for Repair to DG set 125 KVA Make Cummins by dismenteling the complete Engine head assebly by replacing the worn out parts with new parts such as inlet valve sets, exhaust valve sets, valve grinding, head gaskit set, head grinding and reassembling the engine, testing for desire electrical load, all transportation, length work are included in complete to job.

M&L for Taking down exhaust full system (Silencer) from the DG set, cutting and rewelding of exhaust system and cleaning with soap, Keroscene and forced water/Air complete and refixing including welding if any for the 125 KVA Silent DG Set. Make: Cummins.

All as per srl item No 16 here-in-before but for DG Set 62.5 KVA. Make:Cummins.

S&F, connecting & testing in replacement of battery, 12 volts, 180 AH with lead acid with brass terminals etc including initial charging of Battery complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. (Make- EXIDE / AMRON/AMCO)

S&F and replacement of Dynamo/alternator of battery charging and fixing on engine, testing/commissioning complete for engine having 12 Volt capacity

Note:-The accepted amount will be arrived after deducting the Sch of credit i.e. Rs 15,914.00 and any other reduction if any from quoted amount.
