Drilling of 165mm dia Bore well by down the hole hammer drilling to a finished dia of 165mm dia in all formations suitable for down the hole hammer drilling such as medium hard rock formation to hard rock formation all consolidated formation etc., and drilling in over burden to dia not less than 200mm etc., and reaming the bore well to suit insertion of suitable casing pipe etc., including insertion of casing pipe with couplings, caps any other relevant materials upto required depth as directed by the department including transportation of drilling rigs and supporting vehicle and including bore development (Flushing of Bore well at an average pressure of 150 PSI) conducting yield test, consumables charges, crew charges required in fixation of pipe assembly completely done to the satisfaction of the department and including all labour charges, all taxes and EXCLUDING GST, but excluding the cost of casing pipe, couplings, cap etc., The entire work should be carried out as per IS-2800 Part-I & II 1979 and amended from time to time up to 90 Mts depth.

Earth work excavation in BC soils, red earth and ordinary gravelly soils for pipe line trench of size 0.70 x 1.00 Mts using 2/3 quanity with machinery and 1/3 quantity with manual including laying and jointing of 75mm dia PE 100 Grade HDPE 6 Kgs/Sqcms pipe line true to alignment with butt fusion welding as per IS 7634- Part II/1975 as amended from time to time to the alignment and gradient and testing the pipe line with hydralic field test pressure with water minimum lead of 500mts including refilling the trench with excavated earth including cost of pipes and all labour charges etc., complete., but excluding taxes on HDPE pipes etc., complete.,

Supply and Fixing of functional house hold connections

Supply and delivery of 80mm dia PN 1.60 (MPa) "Resilient Seated Soft Sealing" Gate Valves (Sluice Valves) with Body and Bonnet of Ductile Iron GGG-40/SG-400/15 or GGG-50/SG-500/7 or Equivalent as per IS1865, IS:3896-2 and Wedge fully Rubber Lined with food grade quality grade W270 grade EPDM, Replaceable Spindle Nut without gland packing with 3-O ring protection system on the Shaft and Seals of NBR. The Valves should be Vacuum tight and 100% leak proof with face to face dimensions as BS:5163 Type A/IS:14846. All the valves should be with fusion bonded Electrostatic Powder coating both inside and outside (Min 250 Microns)- RAL 5005 with Pocket Less Straight through body Passage conforming to Design standards of DIN-3202F4/BS:5163 Type A Flange drilling as per IS - 1538 excluding all taxes, duties and transportation
