Demolition of concrete in any descripion and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for below or above ground level complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm grade stone aggregate in foundation of pole all as specified & directed by engr-in-charge

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm grade stone aggregate in foundation of stay all as specified & directed by engr-in-charge

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm grade stone aggregate for pole / stay assy copings incl necessary & finishing concrete surface even & smooth without using extra cement all as specified & directed by engr-in-charge

Dismantling cross-arms of M.S. channel or angle sections etc. complete and setting aside for re-use with in 50m

M&L cross arm , bracing support MS clamps etc including necessary fabrication, bolts, nuts, washers etc and painting with one coat of red oxide and two coats of aluminium paints all as directed complete.

Dismantling of ACSR conductors from existing pole and removing from site all as directed by Engr -in Cahrge.

M&L for providing HT/LT over head lines on prestressed concrete poles with aluminium conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) including straining properly on insulator and binding with aluminium binding wire, connectors and jumpers etc complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Mink, Dog, Lion, Weasel, Ferret or Squirrel). NOTE:- Measurement for the purpose of payment shall be made by measuring horizontal distance between centres of two adjacent poles and compounding the weight of conductors of that size and length and adding 3% extra for sag, joints, jumpers etc.

Taking down old unserviceable HT 11 KV UG cable of size 95 sqmm x 3 core with jointing kit etc complete all as specified and directed at site.

Taking down old unserviceable HT 11 KV UG cable of size 120 sqmm x 3 core with jointing kit etc complete all as specified and directed at site.

Taking down old unserviceable HT 11 KV UG cable of size 185 sqmm x 3 core with jointing kit etc complete all as specified and directed at site.

Laying of XLPE insulate, armoured, heavy duty electric cable, aluminium conductor, 11000 volts grade of cross sectional area 95 sqmm x 3 core connected to both side connection complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-chrge. Note : (i) Excavation and earth work will be measured and paid separately. (ii) Cable will be issued under Sch 'B' for free for laying only at MES store yard AGE(I) Pokaran. (iii) Transporting and shifting,loading/unloading of cable will be done by contractor from MES store yard to site.Cost of transporting deemed to included in quated rate of the items. (iv) Testing of cable shall be carried out before issue under Sch 'B' as well as after lying by the contractor.Cost of testing deemed to included in quated rate of the items. (v) Jointing kit will be measured and paid separately.

Supply installation commissioning & testing switch air break gange operated triple pole mechanically operated vertical/horizontal type on HT insulator 12 insulator type and MS galvanised steel frame with operating mechanism worked from ground level including operating rod for current rating upto 400 amps 11000 volts complete with locking arrangement MS clamp,bolts,nut and washer etc including drop out explusion type fuse with fuse barrels of required capacity to suit load at site including two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer on mS work complete all as specified & directed by EIC ins

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 mtr wider and 1.5 mtr depth for laying of cables and foundation etc and getting out including trimming sides and forming bottom surface all as specified and directed at site.

M&L for black paint synthetic enamelled paint two coats on pedastal above GL prepared in above item and all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cutting ,trimming and vending tree branches falling on overhead lines (HT/LT) after arranging electrical shutdown from department or RSEB including taking all precautions while working on lines. Note : (i) The length of span between two poles shall be measured in which trees are falling on overhead electric conductors. (ii) required T&P will be arranged by the contractor at his own cost.

Dismantling of u/s existing earthing with strip 32 x 6 mm and 10/8 SWG wire complete including removing PCC from site.

M&L for painting of PCC HT poles in Zebra pattern 30 cm wide, with synthetic enamelled paint in black and red colour up to 1.2 meter height from pedestal ,including writing in 80 mm wide letters /numbers in both side of pole MES,HT and pole No all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for painting of steel structure ,cross arms ,bracings, supports, clamps and back plates (all metalic parts) on PCC/steel tubular pole complete with two coats of aluminium paint incl preparation of old painted steel surfaces incl painting of pole coping with black paint all as directed at site.

Dismantling of broken stay assembly from various location any size and stay rod complete all as specified and directed at site. Note : rates includes demolition of concrete and making good.

M&L for stay assembly complete comprising of mS galvanised stay plate 30 cm x 30 cm x 6 mm , MS galvanised stay rod 20 mm dia with nut,215 cm long,MS galvanised stay bow 40 cm long with 02 No galvanised thimbles with and including all fittings as shwon in electrical plate No 1 of SSr Part-I (loop type insulator,stay clamps,excavation and concrete measured separately).

M&L for re-stretching ACSR conductor on HT pole having (3) conductors with earthing GI wire or guardning wire etc complete in any type OH line including jumpers using new conductor & binding wire complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge,.

M&L for surface dressing n.exc 15 cm deep in soft/loose soil

M&L for graded coarse aggregate 40 mm including spreading ,leveling at various location pole structure,transformer area etc complete all as specified and as directed by EIC.

Supply and replace in repairs ACSR conductor duly insulated with HT heat shrink sleeve tubes for jumper/incoming/dropout/GOD complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for maintenance of HT 11 KV GOD horizontal/vertical type in position at locations by greasing all moving parts, cleaning contacts,making operating handle functional and tightening all connections incoming/ outgoing all as specified.

Supply and replacement in repairs HT 11 kV dropout insulators set (Set of three) in position at loaction

S&F disc type porcelain,vitreous,white,brown or green 145 mm height and 225 mm dia ball and socket type,sngle disc assembly for tension with tension clamp for conductor working pressure 11000 volts grade complete.

S&F insulator pin type porcelain,vitreous,white,brown or green 150 mm height and 150 mm dia including one galvanised mild steel spindle,two galvanised washers and one galvanised iron nuts for conductor working pressure 11000 volts grade complete

Material and Labour for disconnecting defective transformer 11 KV/0.433 KV of capacity 40 KVA to 63 KVA on foundation or two pole structure and transportation for repair to workshop or factory,dismantling the transformer for repair and reassembling the same after repairs and renewal of unserviceable parts,dentingwelding etc and spray painting with two coats of synthetic enamelled paint (grey paint) including preparation of surface,marking of MES No with white paint of suitable size and transportation from workshop or factory to site and re-installed on plateform on two pole structure, commissioning and testing of transformer up to entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge.Note : Spare parts/transformer oil/rewinding will be measured and paid separately and supply & fixing only.

M&L for taking out unserviceable complete coil on limb and HT/LT winding of transformer 11 Kv/0.433 KV capacity 40 KVA to 160KVA with suitable size/existing gauge supper enamelled copper winding wire insulated with necessary insulating material complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.insulators of transformer 40 KVA to 160 KVA capacity including brass bush rod with nuts & washers complete all as specified & directed by Enginner -in-Charge.

Disconnecting transformer from load of any make any size and any capacity ,draining out tranformer oil and and regular filtration at location at location in position at site (on pole/plateform) filteration upto required dielectric strength with the help and drying plant by mechanical machines of suitable capacity to achive including testing of dielectric strength and alkali all directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for disconnecting defective voltage stabilizer 440 volts of cap 40 KVA to 75 KVA on foundation and transportation for repair to workshop or factory,dismantling the voltage stabilizer for repair and ressembling the same after repairs and renewal of unserviceable parts, denting ,welding etc and spray painting with two coats of synthetic enamelled paint (grey paint) including preparation of surface, marking of MES No with white paint of suitable size and transporatation from workshop or factory to site and re-installed on plateform,commissioning and testing of voltage stabilizer upto entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge.Note : Spare parts/voltage stabilizer oil/rewinding will be measured and paid separately and supply & fixing only.

Material and Labour for taking out unserviceable complete dimmer of voltage stabilizer 440 volts capacity 40-75 kVA with replacement of as per existing size and capacity with copper winding and necessary insulating material complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair servo motor suitable for 40 KVA to 75 KVA voltage stabilizer incl removing old unsv servo motor all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down old rucsted / broken notice board complete all as specified.

Dismantling earth wire or copper conductor service feeder or distribution span etc

Dismantling of insulators any type , any size complete all as specified and directed at site.

Dismantling of old unsv lighting arresters complete all as specified and directed at site.

Repair the existing panel board outdoor/indoor, fixed to the wall/plateform/pole etc by replacement of old unsv items i.e.MCCB/MCB/voltmeter/ammeter/PT/CT/indicators etc from panel and making new electric connections with multistranded copper cable of suitable size with lugs,welding of broken portion of panel, providing of new hinges after remoing old broken hinges,handle including painting of outdoor /indoor any type any size and any make of panel with one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour to external surface of panels complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : MCCB/MCB/voltmeter/ampmeter/PT/CT/indicators etc will be measured and paid separately with S&F under relevent items as supply only.
