S/R to Budaguda to Subarnagiri road for the year 2026-27

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegitation,grass,bushes,shurbs,saplings and trees grith up to 300 mm,removal of stumps of trees cut erlier and disposal of unsreviceable materials

Providing , laying, spreading & compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing ,rolling with 3 wheeled roller 8-10 tonnes

Construction of Embankment with approved materials obtained from borrow pits with all lead and lifts,tranporting to site by mechanical means within a lead of 5 Km speading,grading to required slope compacting of table 300-2 & Clause 305 of MoRT & H Specification for Road & Bridge works(4th Revision)

Providing and Primer coat with bitumen Emulsion(SS-1)using emulsion pressure distributer at the rate of 0.60 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per MoRTH specification CL-503.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion(RS-1) over prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface using emulsion pressure distributer at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm with cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes and machineries required for the work complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Providing, laying and rolling of Open Graded Pre-Mix Carpet of 20mm thickness composed of 13.2mm to 5.6mm aggregates using bitumen or emulsion(MS)(Cold Mix) @ 21.5kg/10sqm to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable hot mix plant and rolling with a three wheel 80-100KN Static Roller Capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by premix seal coat as per Technical Specification Clause 508.2 of MORD and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, laying and rolling of Premix Seal Coat of 6.7mm size chips using Slow Setting Emulsion(Cold Mix) @ 11kg/10sqm to fill up voids of premix carpet including mixing in a suitable hot mix plant & rolling with a three wheel 80-100KN Static Roller Capacity, finished to required level as per Technical Specification Clause 510 of MORD and as per Engineer-in-charge.
