Supply and fixing pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based galvanised plain mild steel sheeting 0.50 mm thick of any colour , having 550 Mpa tensile strength as in roof covering/ ridges and fixed with self tapping screws, including dismantling old AC ridges etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 6 mm thick Asbestos Cement sheet, corrugated, or semi corrugated sheets in roofs, walls etc. and fixed with L hook or Cranked bolts including dismantling old asbestos cement corrugated or semi-corrugated sheets, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Asbestos Cement two piece unserrated ridge 6 mm thick fixed with L hook or Cranked bolts including dismantling old AC ridges etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks burnt, old size, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified

Supply and fixing Anodised aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling grid 605x605 mm fixed with Hangers 4 mm dia. G.I. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long including Supply and fixing Gypsum Board 12mm thick as in ceilings fixed with screws as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified all as specified

Resecuring existing grid of false ceiling in patches of any type by way of fixing hangers (GI wire of 4mm dia) to be fixed by consisting of HLS sleeves anchor fastenerof thread size 6.5 mm x 25/5 with soffit cleat made of galvanised steel of size 27 mm x 37 mm x 25 mm x 1.6 mm and level clip of dimensions of 85 mm x 30 mm x .8 mm at 600 x 1200 intervals and fixing of false ceiling tiles matching with same colour / type as existing at site and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE: - Supply of false ceiling tiles will be measured and paid seperately.

Supply only false ceiling "TEGULAR EDGE TILES" of perforated with fleece 595 x 595 x 0.5 mm having galvanizing of 100 gms/Sqm (both sides inclusive) and 20% perforation area with 1.8mm dia holes in global white Powder Coated with 60-70 Micron front coating laid, humidity resistance (RH) of 100%, light reflection of 62%, backing of rock wool pads to have max NRC 0.8 including PVC clips to hold the ceiling tile, complete all as per manufacturer instructions, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only 4mm thick plain non-asbestos cement building boards of size (600 x 600) mm (fixed as in existing false ceiling colour matching with existing false ceiling complete all as per the manfacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only 600 mm x 600 mm x 15/16 mm thick mineral fibre ceiling tiles, fine texture, ordinary type fixed as in existing false ceiling matching with colour complete all as per the manfacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks exc 250 and n.exc 500 ltrs, setting aside for repairs, cleaning etc and hoisting if required, reconnecting and refixing in positiion etc complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 17.00 above but capacity exc 500 ltrs but n. exc 1000 ltrs complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of brick tiles or terracing tiles in single layers on roofs complete all as specified and directed.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete roof by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of mud phuska in roofs, any thickness plaster and leaping (Whether full thickness removed or only a part thereof) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 50 mm thick (average) PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in roof padding, levelling course, including providing neat cement slurry @ 3Kg/ Sqm including preparing slab surface with wire brushing complete and finishing top surface of PCC rough & even to receive the bedding layer including necessary formwork and bedding layer of 10mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4) using WPC @ 2% by the weight of cement on RCC roof slab including cleaning of existing complete all specified and directed. Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour for water proofing treatment with following application over roofs surface complete, all as specified and as directed :- (i) Applying bituminous primer at the rate of 0.4 Litres/Sqm as per IS 3384-1986 on prepared surfaces of roof. Surface shall be kept free, till the primer is impregnated and the solvent oil in the primer get evaporated. (ii) Applying one coat of blown type bitumen of grade 85/25 as binding material conforming to IS-73 at the rate of 1.2 Kg/Sqm. (iii) Laying 3mm thick APP polymeric water proofing membrane of weight not less than 3.0 Kg/Sqm, black finish reinforced with non woven polyster matt, with a thermo fusible finish, torching overlaps with a propane or a butane gas torch, with a overlap of 75mm at sides and 100mm at the ends and sealing including applying a coat of cold emulsion bituminous primer all as per manufacturers instruction including preparation of surface. (iv) The laying of membrane shall be carried out through the manufacturer or their authorized applicator only with Gurantee of 10 years by contractor. NOTE : - The water proofing treatment shall be carried out by the manufacturer or his authorised applicators in terms of clause 11.43 of MES Sch Part-I (2009).

All same as item No 23.00 above but also applying two coats of bituminous based Aluminium paint @ 0.2 kg/sqm over APP membrane including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 40mm thick bricks tiles over and including 15mm thick bedding layer in CM (1:6), jointed and pointed in CM (1:3) mixed with linseed oil @5% by weight of cement complete all as specified and directed.

All as per serial item No 25.00 above but using old bricks retrieved from dismantling against item No 19.00 here-in-before complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing, cement concrete in roof kerbs of mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges, type B1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) including demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing, cement concrete on roof as in PCC Sumps for rain water pipes , type B1 1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded aggregate) including demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing (in repair), water storage tank 500 litre capacity HDPE double layer ISI marked fixed and hoisted in position on staging or roof complete with locking arrangement including over flow pipe, air lock pipe, brass valve 20 mm high pressure with polythene float and flynut , ISI marked, screwed and suitable for iron pipe 20 mm bore,and removing old complete all as specified and as directed.

All same as item No 29.00 above but of 1000 litre storage capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of lime concrete or cement conrete of any description and in any position as of sunken portion complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:3, over cement concrete slab while the surface of concrete is green using water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement , surface is to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement including Applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm over concrete surface complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE: - WPC shall be measured and paid separately).

Material and labour for lime concrete with 40 mm graded aggregate, using lime mortar 1:3 as in sunken portion at first/second floor, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base to floor, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Light shade Non Skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile n exc 0.11 but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15mm thick screed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for glazed ceramic tiles of size 450 x 300 x 7 or 8 mm thick as in skirting and dado on vertical surfaces including 10mm thick backing coat in cement mortar 1:3 set and jointed in neat cement slurry or with adhesive as per manufacturers instructions and pointed in white/ coloured cement, including dismantling of floor or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding and removing the rubbish outside the defence land complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixed (in repairs) vitreous China white squatting pan of Orissa pattern size 580mmx440mm white (Ist quality) with ‘P’ or ’S’ trap, front or back inlet and integral foot rests of any pattern complete including making good to floor surface with the existing surface and connection to flush pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixed (in repair) vitreous china wash down water closet pedestal pattern, coloured, with and including connection to trap and to flushing pipe with ‘P’ or ‘S’ trap, plastic water closet seat cover closed pattern with mild steel chromium plated hinges & jet nozzle complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing (in repair), 10 litre capacity virgin polypropylene cistern, ISI marked, coloured at low level complete with PVC bend/flush pipe and making all connection including PVC connections 45cm long and 15mm dia with chromium plated brass nuts and PVC washers on both ends, complete all as specified and as directed.

(NOTE : Rubber rings for pipes and fittings shall be confirm to IS 5382-1985)
