Demolition of concrete (Un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Hardcore of gauge of broken stone or boulders n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface.

Material and labour Cement Concrete(1:2:4) type B2 using 40mm grade stone aggragete in foundation complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortor including all quoins, pillars etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour brick work with sub class 'B' brick straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh any type all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, Concrete, brick work, masonry, etc. including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation for angle iron post including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour Hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc.,and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix wire entanglements and aprons with loose, two strand, galvanised steel barbed wire, 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type of standards, rails, straining bolts etc, including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt exc 5cm and n exc 10cm, (dia of neck 11 to 15mm) all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix MS round bars 10mm dia cut to length as in horizontal for chain link fencing including necessary hooking at ends Fe-410-W (Gde.E-250) Part- I quality-A or Fe 290 (Gde - E-165) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome of new steel Surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described.

Material and labour framed work such as grills, gratings, gate etc with ends of bars souldered and/or riveted or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walkways, railing, frame work of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe-290, Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix for Cutting chases, pinning in. making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc.; and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring, etc., and making good, cutting not exc 10 cm girth.

Dismantling of Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings.

Material and labour Prepainted galvalume zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having temsile strength 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

Material and labour Prepainted galvalume zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having temsile strength 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws as specified.
