Operation of 1900 KLD capacity STP in day and night shifts ensuring effective operation of the entire plant as well as periodical maintenance / teritary treatment system of plant and its electro mechanical equipment as per operation and maintenance manual booklet of the said plant .Overall objectives of the plant required to be fullfilled in AMC such as screening of raw sewage to remove the large, floating matter or debris. Homogenization of screened sewage to even out the variations in the flow and pollutant concentrations if any. single stage aerobic biological treatment to oxidize (treat) the majority of organics contributing to BOD/COD. Teritary ttreatment , comprising of disinfection , and subsequent filtration to remove the residual suspended solids, organic traces and odour. dewatering and drying of the sludge prior to disposal as well as trouble shooting procedures etc. complete in all respect.
3Nos.semi skilled operators for one day @ one per shift of 08hrs for 24X7 running operations maintenance .then for 365 days

Providing & utilising of Sodium Hypochlorite Grade 1 as disinfectant for water treatment .consumption /Day :- 5.7Kg @ 3ppm, per month - 171 kg, for 12 month - 2052 kg( As per data given in O&M manual submitted by CPWD for the subject plant, copy of the same enclosed).
I) Minor repairs of mechanical equipments service without cost of materials (Conditions applied as per NIT). II) Rust preventive measures ( anti rust painting including cost of material) of all types of valves, nut & bolts , metal conduits, hand rails, machinery body, PSF& ACF vessels etc periodically whenever necessary . Conceptual basis, the repair works, if any, be carried out initially and amount incurred shall be paid accordingly.
