Electrification work

Taking down carefully any type point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete with fittings such as switches ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets tube light fitting with all accessories etc. removal of materials from site and making good the disturbed surfaces of wall, floors, ceiling etc to match with the existing surfaces complete, all as specified and as directed.

Point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm copper conductor cable (multistrand) PVC insulated FRLS (unsheathed), concealed type, drawing in and including PVC conduit, ISI marked having wall thickness not less than 2 mm, with sunk cast iron/pressed steel terminal boxes made out of 1.2 mm thick sheet including one coat red oxide primer on internal and external surface covered with 3 mm thick hylam brand IS-2036 marked laminated sheet cover (for mounting switches, sockets, regulators etc), including cutting chases to wall making good the disturbed surfaces to match with the existing specification, including 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated (multistranded) FRLS copper conductor continuous earth wire with all accessories including lugs required, for one light /fan/bell point controlled by one switch, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing exhaust fan 300mm size , ISI marked, AC single phase 230/240 volt ,steel body with louver, 1400 RPM and connecting with twin twisted copper conductor flexible of size 0.50 sqmm including cutting of existing wall and making opening in the existing wall for fixing exhaust fan, fixing nut bolts necessary for fixing exhaust fan and making good the disturbed surfaces and testing complete, all as specified and directed.

Wall mounted fan AC single phase 230 volts/240 volts 50 Hz of size 450 mm sweep, complete and connecting up with suitable flexible cord wire with ceiling rose to connector block of fan complete all specified and directed.

Supply & fix ventilating fan made out of high quality engineering plastic, resistant to colour change with anti static properties, 250mm sweep suitable to work on 230 Volts 50 Hz AC supply of Havells or equivalent of CG/Bajaj including connecting to ceiling rose all as required or directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1,5 mtrs in depth for laying of cables including getting out in any kind of soil complete all as specified and directed. (cable shall be laid 60 cm below ground level )

Returning filling in including spreading, leveling ,and well ramming, in layers not exceeding 25 cm each layer of any kind of soil.

Removing surplus excavated material from site not exceeding 50 mtrs from starting point and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point.

Sand cushioning to underground cables 8 cm below the cable before laying and 15 cm above the cable after laying, complete all as specified in clause 19.75 of SSR Part-I. Note :- 1. Dry fine sand of best available quality shall be used. 2. Punned thickness shall be measured and paid.

Material and labour for old size brick well burnt, laid flat ,for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay cable XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium counductor, 1100 volts grade of crosssectional area 10 Sqmm x 2 Core.
