20 MLD WTP - Design, construction, completion and commissioning of Water Treatment Plant of 20 MLD output capacity with Aerator, Raw water channel, Flash mixer - 2 nos (2m diameter), chemical house, alum and lime solution tank, clariflocculator, filter house, filter box, backwash water tank (220m3 capacity), clarified water channel, filter inlet channel, pure water channel, backwash water channel, 10LL clear water sump cum pumphouse, RCC protection wall around WTP- 650m, formation of external approach road and internal roads, wash water disposal including construction of common wash water pit and laying inlet, outlet pipes, clearing the site and general ground levelling after construction, landscaping, gardening, construction of drains, paving blocks etc complete, supply of lab equipments etc complete as per scope of work and direction from the departmental officer in charge Centrifugal clear water Motor Pumpset - Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of 2nos centrifugal pumpset having a discharge of 252 lps against an approximate total head of 27m, with required length of suction pipe, starter, panel board, cabling works, earthing, capacitors, valves, suction and delivery connections, supply and fitting 250mm MS pipe of thickness 8mm for connecting with existing 250mm CI pipe, 200mm dummy plates, supplying and laying 250mm D/F DI pipe with all required specials - 12m, 250mm CI D/F sluice valve PN 1.6 with cap - 1 no, supply, erecting 250mm electromagnetic flowmeter to the delivery pipe of pumpset with minimum battery backup of 24 hours, including service charges, required demolishion and dismantling works, requied RCC M25 works for restoration of dismantled portion after erection of pumpset, anchor blocks, foundation block etc including formwork,watering, curing, plastering works etc complete as per direction of departmental officers and scope of works, Pipe laying from Booster pumphouse to existing 700mm CI pipe - Supply of 500mm DI K9 pipe - 202m, 300mm DI K9 pipe - 20m, 500mm DI K9 D/F pipe - 12m, 250mm CI D/F sluice valve PN 1.6 with hand wheel - 1 no, 400mm CI D/F sluice valve PN 1.6 with hand wheel - 2 nos, 100mm CI kinetic air valve with flanges type DS2 - 1 no including all specials for pipes/valves etc complete as per scope of work and direction of the departmental officer in charge. And conveying, laying, cutting, jointing, testing and commissioning of the pipeline to best suitable allignment including earthwork escavation work in all kinds of soil, demolishing and dismantling of brick works, dressed stone ashlar stone works, concrete works and stacking and disposal of unserviceable materials, fencing, open timbering of trenches with strutting and shoring, construction of anchor blocks (requied number), construction of valve chambers (3 nos) including earthwork escavation, RCC works, steel reinforcement (TMT bars), 12mm thick plastering etc complete as per scope of work and direction of Departmental officer in charge RCC foot bridge - Design, construction of suitable foot bridge for laying 500mm DI pipe including bailing out water, earthwork escavation in all kinds of soil, providing and laying M25 grade cement for RCC, steel reinforcement works (TMT bars Fe-500D), plastering with CC 1:4 etc complete as per scope of work and direction of Departmental Officer in charge.
