Provision towards Geological Survey Charges excluding taxes

Drilling of Bore well 165 mm dia. up to 90.00 m depth by down the hole hammer drilling to a finished dia of 112/165 mm dia in all formations suitable for down the hole hammer drilling such as medium hard rock formation to hard rock formation, all consolidated formation etc. and drilling in over burden to dia not less than 200 mm etc and reaming the bore well to suit insertion of suitable casing pipe etc., including insertion of casing pipe with couplings, caps any other relevant materials upto required depth as directed by the department including transportation of drilling rigs and supporting vehicle and including bore development (Flushing of Bore Well at an average pressure of 150 PSI) conducting yield test, consumables charges, Crew charges required in fixation of pipe assembly completely done to the satisfaction of the department and including all labour charges but excluding all taxes, the cost of casing pipe, couplings, cap etc., The entire work should be carried out as per IS -2800 Part I & II 1979 and amended from time to time.

Supply and delivery of 50mm M.S flang set (2Nos) of 150 mm dia OD,12mm Thick of (each flange) with 4 Nos 15 mm bolts Nuts and 6mm thick of flange leather.The rates are exclusive of all taxes.

Supply, delivery and fixing of Nuts and Bolts including cost and conveyance of all materials charges and labour charges etc complete and as directedcted by the Engineer in charge of the work. (1/2" TO 1")

Earthwork excavation for footings in ordinary soils up to 3.00 m depth by manual means excluding dewatering as per drawing and technical specifications including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto a lead of 50 m, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material as per Technical Specification 305 MORD / 304 MORTH.

Supply, & Delivery of HDPE Pipes conforming to IS 4984 - 2016 including transportation to anywhere in A.P, excluding all taxes (Supply up to 90 mm dia. in coil & above 90 mm dia. straight length.) 6 Kg / Sqcm - HDPE PE 100 grade.

Laying and jointing of HDPE pipes by butt fusion welding as per IS:7634 – part-II/1975 as amended from time to time to the alignment and gradient and testing the pipeline to the required pressure.

Supply and delivery of "Resilient Seated Soft Sealing" Gate Valves (Sluice Valves) with Bodyand Bonnet of Ductile Iron GGG-40/SG-400/15 or GGG-50/SG-500/7 or Equivalent as per IS1865, IS:3896-2 and Wedge fully Rubber Lined with food grade quality grade W270 grade EPDM, Replaceable Spindle Nut without gland packing with 3-O ring protection system on the Shaft and Seals of NBR. The Valves should be Vacuum tight and 100% leak proof with face to face dimensions as BS:5163 Type A/IS:14846. All the valves should be with fusion bonded Electrostatic Powder coating both inside and outside (Min 250 Microns)- RAL 5005 with Pocket Less Straight through body Passage conforming to Design standards of DIN-3202F4/BS:5163 Type A Flange drilling as per IS - 1538 excluding all taxes, duties and per IS:1538. Supply, delivery of Centrifugally cast (spun) Ductile Iron Fittings conforming to IS:9523/2000 having dimensions as per table. The rates mentioned here under are for fittings, zinc coated externally with inside mortar lining ( with finishing as per class 13/IS 9523/2000) (ex-works) Excluding Transportation and all Taxes., complete as per S.S. and as directed by the departmental authorities.
