EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

Disconnecting the existing 11 KV HT panel from main supply source by taking proper shutdown from MES TOP and un bolting the same from existing foundation to facilitate the repair work. Shifting of HT panel from existing location to new location appx 100 mtr away by means of transport arrangement or any other means.Fixing and alignment of HT panel in the new location by grouting foundation bolts of required size in PCC 1:2:4 Type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate for fixing of bolts etc complete all as specified and directed. Note :Any damage to panel incliding breaker during shifting will be the responsiblity of the contractor to make good without any extra cost . The alignment of panel for inter connection with necessary nuts, bolts, insulation tapes are deemed to be included in job work & nothing extra shall be admissible.

Taking out old U/s existing HT 11000 Volt grade cables of size 95 Sqmm to 120 Sqmm aluminium conductor ,3 core XLPE armoured laid in trenches including PCC/brick protection covers complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Relaying and testing serviceable HT 11000 volt grade cable of size 95 sqmm to 120 sqmm in one stretch retrieved against sel item No.1,03 here-in-before complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying & testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (Heavy Duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 11000 volts grade, of size 3 core 120 sq mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying & testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (Heavy Duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 11000 volts grade, of size 3 core 240 sq mm with and including taking out old U/s cables complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth for foundation of pole, laying of cable and getting out complete all as specified.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide, exceeding 1.5m but not exceeding 3.0 mtr in depth for foundation of pole, laying of cable and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

M/L for Sand cushioning for underground cable 8 cm below and 15 cm above the cable with clean dry river sand in trenches including spreading, leveling etc. complete all as directed. Note: Punned down thickness 18 cm shall be measured and paid.

Supplying and laying, factory made unreinforced precast concrete cable cover HV type-1, flat, of size 300x180x40mm, laid flat and dry in trenches over the cable for protection, length perpendicular to the direction of cable adjacent to each other, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtrs and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5mtrs above the starting points complete all as spcified and directed.

Returning and filling in excavated soil including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers each not exceeding 25mm thick in soft/loose soil all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing Steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-55 (11.00 metres long) with and including provision of anticlimbing device, PCC foundation 1:3:6 type C-2 & coping in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1(all as specified and directed. Note:- The cost of Excavation, earth work & PCC is deemed to be included in the quoted unit rate

Material and labour, Cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps and back plates, fabricated from structural steel section Fe-290 grade E-165 quality of size 450x230x50mm including nuts, bolts, washers, and welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as directed including two coats of alminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Lightning arresters expulsion type complete with all fittings, transmission class 11000 Volt, discharge capacity 65 kilo amp all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, for switch air break, triple pole, gang operated (GOD), complete 15 insulators with drop out fuse unit mechanically operated, mounted on insulators and steel frame, non-ferrous knife and spring loaded contacts, arcing hours of adequate sections to break magnitising current of the transformer, with operating mechanism worked from ground level, for current rating upto 400 Amps suitable for 11000 volts grade, AC supply, including taking down old & removal, complete all as specified and directed

M & L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded aggregate as in flooring for GOD /VCB panel etc including form work complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for M.S chequred plate of 5mm thick cut in pieces with width of 60cm and length not more than 1.2 mtr, Fe4 10W (Gde -E-250) Quality A grade as per site requirement including making holes to make holding clamps on both sides of plate for free movement of handle unshape made out of MS bar not less than 6mm dia including welding , provision of threads for approprate size nuts/check nuts complete and in replacement of removing of old/broken cemented chequred plate all as specfied and directed.

M & L for broken stone /boulders, hardcore of guage exc 63mm but n exc. 100 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, to a true surface filling in four pole /two pole structure transformer area complete all as specified.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for indoor end termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120 to 185 sq mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix cable route indicators/joint marker made of size 40cmx10cmx120cm out of precast wth bar size 8mm dia 4 Nos ,8mm strip of size 100mm , plaster work including paint of red colour complete in route marker and white paint in letter, route marker duly grouted in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 bed block of size 300mmx300mm x200mm, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for LED glow sign board made out of PGI CRCA sheet 1.6 mm thick of size 1.2 m x 0,9 m x 0,6m cubical type with LED TL fittings 2x 20 W complete with copper wiring and transparent sheet 1 mm thick on front and back side , writting alfabets not exceeding 60 letters of size 10cm,MES logo,Engineer logo signs and outside border stikering with radium tape and and mounted on 2.0 height mtr 50 mm angle iron legs 04 Nos and grouting in PCC 1:3:6 and making electrical connections and testing complete.

Supply and fixing protection relay set complete with all accessories comprising of over current relay-02 Nos and earth fault relay-01 No Model No CGI 14N , with testing after installation complete all as specified and directed.

Supply installation and testing battery with DC battery bank pack of 240 volts 65 AH with input voltage 230 Volts +/- 2% comprising of battery 12 volts 65 AH -02 Nos to deliver voltage of 24 volts DC with PWM based controller with minimum backup of 8 hrs and charging burden less than 100 VA alongwith surge protection and provision of auto set on syatem after reflection of faults complete as specified and directed.U/s battery to be deposited with MES.

Material and labour, factory made (CPRI approved), HT bus bar Panel, size 1500mmx1000mmx500mm, cubical, outdoor type (Kiosk), weather proof, dust proof and vermin proof, IP-65 protection, fabricated out of 3.15mm thick MS CRCA sheet mounted on frame of appropriate size angle iron, welded on 50mmx50mmx6mm size angle iron frame & having four Nos legs made out of 50mmx50mmx6mm size of angle iron - 75cm long each welded below frame, front & back openable with front double door having locking arrangements, bottom space for cable entry, provision of glands, with copper bus bars 200 Amps rating - 01 set (set of three) mounted on 6Nos. HT post type insulators, 11000 volts grade, suitable size (not less than 36mmx5mm), duly sleeved with relevant colour code insulation & provision for 01No. incoming & 02Nos. outgoing, including spray painted darken grey with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer duly provided with danger notice board 11000 volts, including legs embedded in ground in PCC (1:2:4) bed blocks of size 30cmx30cmx30cm, including dismantling of foundation, taking out old & removal, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out of existing unserviceable items of VCB 630 Amps of any make after taking shut down and replacement of the follwing :-
