M&L for Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area n.exc 400 sqm and depth exc 50 mm but not exc 100 mm including disposal of unseviceable materials complete as specified and as directed

M&L Repair to pot holes any depth, n.exc 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc cutting around edge to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal ( including supply of road metal), watering, well ramming, compacted and rolled with 8 to 10 tonne power road roller to a uniform smooth surface completed all as specified and as directed.

Preparing Black top surfces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud, grass, vegetation etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface through air compressor to remove all loose dirt etc. complete all as specified.

M&L Premix bituminous, macadam, laid/ rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber ( consolidated) thickness 75 mm or less using paving bitumen of grade VG-30 as binder @4% by weight of total mix using mechanical paver and rolled with 8 to 10 tonne power road roller to a uniform smooth surface completed all as specified and as directed. Note :- Mixing shall be done in hot mix plants

M&L applying evenly a priming / tack coat with catonic bitumen (RS-I) @ 3.5Kg/10 Sqm on existing black top surfaces complete all as specified.

M&L Bituminous premix aphaltic semi-dense concrete 30mm thick consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content (VG 30) by weight of total mix rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient, using mechanical paver and rolled with 8 to 10 tonne power static road roller to a uniform smooth surface completed all as specified and as directed. Note :- Mixing shall be done in hot mix plants.

S&F delineators ABS round body struts (minimum weight 765 gms), red and white combinations, fitted with 02 Nos 100 mm dia high reflectiveand mounted on MS pipe of 50 mm dia 600 mm long duly powder coated and rust proof incl fixing of delineator on ground with PCC (1:2:4) complete all as specified and directed. S&F solar Road Studs (Cats Eye), aluminium alloy shell die cast, 100% water proof design according to IP-65, of size125mmx125mm x 25mm (shank 60mm), high efficiency Mono crystalline solar panel 2.4 V / 0.3 watt including one Ni-Mh or Ni-cd rechargeable battery of 1.2 V / 1600 MA and 06 super bright LEDs 10000 to 18000 mcd, dynamically designed with very high impact strength and fitted with 3 panels of glass beads containing highly reflective glass beads and reflector element on two sides and fixed over road surfaces, minimum co-efficient of retro reflective sheeting for high intensity grade of 22000 series (colour as approved by GE) suitable for bearable weight of approx 10 tonnes complete all as spd and directed. Make : M/S Birla 3M / Dark Eye Model No DHRUV (DA-110) or other equilents as approved by the GE.

S & F road stud aluminium alloy die casted (cat eye) of size 110mm x 128 mm x 29.5mm dynamically designed very high impact strength & fitted with 3 panels of glass beads containing 7 highly reflective glass beads and alluminium alloy body reflector element on two sides fixed over road surface and complete as directed.Make-3M/Dark Eye Model No DA-971 P or other equilant make as approved by the GE.

M&L for moorum / red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc 15cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and as directed. .

M&L for road marking paint with hot applied thermoplastic paint 2mm thick having clear and sharp edges over road surfaces including straighting portion, curve etc in any situation. The therrmoplastic material shall be homogeneously composed of aggregate pigment resin and glass reflector rizing beads in equal percentage as specified. The work include for cleaning of road surface, heating the paints within temperature limits as specified by the manufacturer making proper arrangement for traffic during operation etc conforming to specification.

M&L for preparation of old painted of brick, stone, concrete base materials surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described for and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L broken bricks Hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm , deposited , spread and levelled in layer n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified.

M&L plain cement concrete type B1 ( 1:2:4) using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills,steps; seismic and other similar band, copings, covings bed plates, and like including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles including necessary formwork complete all as specified.

M&L Chequered cement concrete tiles 20 cmx20cmx25 mm thick with grey cement and no pigment , set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry over and including 15mm thick screeding in CM 1:4 as in floors complete all as specified.

M&L rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces on wall, in cement and sand mortar 1:4 , finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified
