Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor not exceeding 15cm thickness below or above ground level including floor finishes and removing debris from the site complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of un reinforced cement concrete in any description and in any position (below or above ground level) complete all as specified.

M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection, 50 mm thick, surfaces finished even and fair without using extra cement including provision of construction joints complete all as specified.

M&L for Jodhpur stone slab patti Machine cut, 40 to 50mm thick set in over and including 30mm thick screed bed & cm 1:4 and jointed & pointed in neat cement slurry as in floors, plinth protection, including provision of construction joints as required etc; complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2, (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub floor, sub bases, floor and paving etc; complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 80mm thick factory made pre cast cement concrete rubber moulded laquer finish using chemical and admixure inter locking tiles having compressive strength not less than 350 kg/Sqcm, of shape and colour as approved by GE , laid over 25mm thick compacted approved sand cushioned surface, joints filled by fine sand and compacting the top surfaces of paver blocks after laid etc of approved make all as specified and as directed.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made table vibratory, PU mould, chamfered edge cement concrete coloured paver block of M-35 grade with approved design & pattern as in footpath, drive ways or parking etc; over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as required, complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and laying factory made kerbs stone any size of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3, embedded in position including all necessary excavation, tamping ground around blocks and removal of rubbish/ surplus soil etc; making joints with or without grooves, drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in kerbs or benching etc including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of stone/ brick work masonry, built in cement mortar including all quions, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work, serviceable stone aside for reuse and removing unserviceable material in low laying area complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete block masonary 1:3:6 with solid blocks exc 10cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 all as specified and as directed.

M&L for squared rubble walling jodhpur type, brought upto course, well bonded bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified and as directed.

-ditto- all as per above item but, except stone complete all as specified and as directed.

Extra over for hammer dressing to face stones with maximum depression on face from a straight edge not exc 20mm and dressing face beds and joints as specified to squared rubble walling,Jodhpur type, brought upto courses, all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6, type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone agg) as in surface channels and drain,laid to slope, complete all as specified and as directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms,moulds ends etc; material and labour complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1,using 20mm graded stone aggregates as in coping to drain walls including necessary formwork etc; complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L flush pointing to random rubble masonry, uncoursed or brought upto courses in cement mortar (1:4), complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster, any description, on brick or stone walls etc, including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and disposal of debris complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering on stone masonary wall surfaces in CM 1:4 finished fair and even all as specified and as directed.

Preparing new plastered surfaces and M&L for applying concrete primer and /or cement base putty as required incl preparing the surfaces smooth by rubbing and / or sandpapering and M&L two coats of cement base paint on new plastered surfaces all as directed by Engr in charge.

Preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls etc. & applying three coats of lime white wash on walls complete all as specified.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood , steel or RCC) any section, including taking out embedded portion from hardcore, concrete work or masonry work, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling barbed wire mesh/ chain link / fencing wire from any type of posts etc; complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in post holes in soft/loose soil not exceeding 0.50 Cubic metre each and getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble moxed with earth around,in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering and removal of surplus spoil to a distance not exceeding 50 metres and making good surface, complete all as specified and as directed.

Mild steel work as in angle iron posts or struts for fencing conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 as directed, including cutting top to ashape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc including cutting and twisting necessary drilling, bolting and revieting or welding etc and similar works, complete all as specified and as directed.

PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F galvanised iron two strand steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia, barbed with 2mm dia barbs @ 75mm c/c spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rail, straining bolts including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, stappies or steel pin, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: each line of wire to be measured.

Supplied only chain link MS galvanised fencing any size or type complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wire, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc; including provn of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape as required, including cranking, bending spirally, hooking up ends and binding or securing for fencing etc; confirming to Fe-410-W (Gde-E-250) quality-A or Fe 290 (Gde - E-165) complete all as specified.

MS nuts and bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be provided with one washer and nut complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including nainital or similar pattern roof coverings, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated/ plain steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of MS or wrought iron work of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

MS framed work as in doors or gates of flat, angle, rolled or other section partly ornamental/ intricate design , incl gusset plates, braces etc but without coverings incl all necessary welding and / or rivetting etc including pintle or any other type of hinges Fe - 290 (Gde E-165), complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161- 1979 grade St.-240

Preparing new or previously untreated surfaces of steel or iron work of any description and girth over 10cm and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparing new steel surfaces and treating ends of posts etc., with coal tar black paint area tarred exc .10 Sqm but not exc 0.50 Sqm each complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of existing drain pipes 150mm to 600mm dia at any depth by rodding manually/ mechanically as required at site from manhole and well finishing after cleaning including getting out sludge if any and liquid materials from connecting manholes deposited in lines removing the solid and sludge to any distance place outside the defence land at their own cost and refixing manhole covers etc, the cost of removal shall be included in the quoted rate complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Excavation over area in mud or liquid mud / sludge (including removing accumulated water nearby from leaking sewage piplines) not exceeding 1.50 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil and returning filling in soils etc after repairs of the pipe etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (for repairing leaking sewage pipelines)

Excavation over area in mud or liquid mud / sludge (including removing accumulated water nearby from leaking sewage pipe lines) exceeding 1.50 m depth but not exceeding 3.00 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil and returning filling in soils etc after repairs of the pipe etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (for repairing leaking sewage pipelines).

M&L for Jodhpur stone patti slabs, self faced 7.5cm to 10cm thick, 25cm to 35cm wide, laid dry as in manhole coveres, sizes as directed by Engineer-in-charge complete all as specified and as directed.

Temporarily blocking of inlet/ outlet for manholes of sewage line with suitable wooden plugs/ gunny bags during repairing of sewage line so that sewage water not enter in working area and stored sewage water/ effluent (liquid/ semi liquid) should be pumping out/ bailing out from the manholes or water inflow caused by spring or tidal or river seepage or broken water mains or drains and the like pumping out with diesel engine driven gen set/ pumping set/ mud pump into closed containers & delivering the same outside defence land complete or bypass/ divert through PVC hose pipes to main central sewage line for making workable condition of the site and taking out the blocking arrangements of inlet/ outlet after repair/ change of sewage line and making the system functional all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair fiber-reinforced plastic (FRP) manhole cover with frames (any colour) of overall covered area not less than 0.55 sqm with clear opening not less than 0.36 sqm, any shape (round, square, rectangular etc;) overall weight not less than 25kg each and load capacity not less than 20 tones provided with safe and anti-slippery surface, fire retardant, Anti Corrosive, suitable locking system, and enable clear opening with provision of easy lifting hooks etc; with all necessary fixing arrangements complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair precast steel fibre reinforced concrete any colour 75-100mm thick manhole cover with frames (ISI marked) of overall covered area not exceeding 3.00Sqm with clear opening not less than 0.36 Sqm, any shape (round, square, rectangular etc;) provided with suitable mild steel rims to prevent from chipping of edges and enable clear opening with provision of easy lifting hooks which are duly protected against corrosion laid over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Making strip, straight line, zebra crossing and stop line not less than 2.5mm thick with hot applied thermoplastic road marking paint of brand Asian (Apcomark) / Berger (Sigmark) (white or yellow) by using automatic mechanical road painting machine complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Glass beads shall be "Potters" of England/ UAE/ Austria/ Astralia but Not Chinese.

Site clearance soft loose soil including clearing away all grass vegetation, saplings,shrubs, brushwood, undergrowth,roots,and trees not exceeding 30 cm in girth (measured at a height of one meter above ground level) and removing entire rubbish out side MOD land complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.
