Construction of Manoharpur Mahantasahi Check Dam in Ghatagaon Block of Keonjhar District under MATY for the Year 2026-27

Excavation of foundation ,loading,unloading and carriage by mechanical means of all kinds of soil including stoney earth , gravel and moorum etc interspread with boulders upto 1/2 cum size with all lifts and delifts including trimming of slopes and bed to design section and depositing the excavated materials away from site as per the specification and as directed by the E.I.C within an initial lead of 1km from the place of excavation complete.

Excavation of foundation in D.I. rock not required blasting ti be excavated manually by the hacksaw and crowbar to proper profile in all kinds of soil with initial lead and lift including dressing and leveling the bed to proper slope and level making it fit for laying concrete including depositing the excavated materials clear of work site with all leads and lifts including dewatering from foundation if necessary complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Filling in foundation and plinth with excavated materials including watering and ramming as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Fixing 25mm dia anchor bars in foundation rock including 35mm dia hokes, fixing wedged anchors & grouting with cement mortar (1:4) complete as per the direction of E.I.C.

CC M15 with 20mm. Size hard broken granite chips & down graded of approved quality lowering, hoisting and laying the concrete for required level,finishing the exposed surface smooth with ramming, curing etc. complete in all respect with cost, conveyance, royalty and other taxes of all materials etc. complete including dewatering as and when necessary as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

RCC M20 with 20mm. Size hard broken granite chips & down graded of approved quality lowering, hoisting and laying the concrete for required level,finishing the exposed surface smooth with ramming, curing etc. complete in all respect with cost, conveyance, royalty and other taxes of all materials etc. complete including dewatering as and when necessary as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, straightening, cutting, bending, binding of steel reinforcement of different diameters and tying the grills as per approved design & drawing and placing in position including, cost, conveyance, royalties and other taxes of M.S. Rods, binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge including providing concrete chairs, dowel bars, lapping wherever necessary with supply of all labour and T&P required for the work etc, complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing rigid shuttering with the box type steel shuttering plates with kays for intermidiate construction joints in rafts of weir,barrage and dam blocks including cost of materials,labour,T&P etc,complete as directed by the Engineer -in-charge including removal of forms

Rough stone dry packing in aprons and revetments to all heights with H.Stone of size 15cm - 30cm including cost, conveyance, royalty to proper slope and level complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.(Minimum 1/6 volume will be deducted towards voids)

Providing weep holes in brick masonary/plain/Reinforced concrete abutment,wing wall/return wall with 100mm dia PVC pipe extending through the full width of the structure with slope of IV:20H towards drawing foce complete per drawing and technical as per direction of E.I.C.
