Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floor and paving n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) including removal of debris outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc., laid bedded and pointed in any mortar including removal of debris outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames not exc 1.5 sqm each with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames exc 1.5 sqm but n.exc 4sqm each with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames of fixed type window exc. 4 sqm each with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) complete all as specified and as directed.

Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks built in 1:3:6 type-C1 concrete (using 20mm graded stone aggregate), exc. 10cm in width and setting in mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) 1:2:4 type B-1, using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate, in beams and lintels complete all as specified and as directed.

Rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

PCC 25mm thick 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

Vitrified tiles 10mm thick dark shade (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tile over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Virified tiles 10mm thick dark shade (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm on vertical surfaces such as skirting and risers to steps etc including 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Granite (of any type) 18-20 mm thick, work (table rubbed and polished) as in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like including in cement mortar 1:4 including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixtures of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F UPVC (Unplastisized Poly-Vinyl Chloride ) openable multichambered and stiffened / reinforced framed doors using 62 mm x 70 mm x 2.3mm (±0.2mm) size sections alround as main frames with necessary Mullion sections of sizes 76 mm x 62 mm as sash bars and shutters made with the profile sections of size 102 mm x 62 mm including the cost and fixing of DGU 5mm clear annealed glass + 10mm air gap + 5mm clear anneled Glass in shutters with necessary beadings, the corners of all the profiles of frames and shutters shall be homogeneously fusion heat welded without any gaps, fixing the Door unit to the existing masonry with anchor fasteners as required. The shutters shall have necessary handles and Cylindrical lock with both side operatable key other associated fittings to facilitate smooth operation. The gaps between the door frames and masonry walls shall be filled with silicon(Dowsil) or with any other suitable filler materialsas directed. Both the Frame and the Shutters shall be Reinforced with GI Profiles of thickness 1.25mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards with frame work (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc) or insulation boards/ slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and as directed.
