Annual Rate Contract for housekeeping works of Pump station at WRPL Viramgam

Amount

Washing and cleaning complete toilet block and maintaining the same in good hygienic condition by supplying and providing air fresheners such as Odonil napthaline balls, cleaning powder etc. using good approved quality of washing materials including cleaning of all accessories and phenol within the bathroom. The rate is on per day basis.(Rate for item is to keep clean during the whole day )

Having two/ three urinals, one/ two WC, two/ three Wash basins, including floor and floor traps etc.

Having one WC, one Wash basins and urinal including floor and floor traps etc.

Mopping of floors of offices, control rooms, electrical substations etc. with soap solution or ordinary water with wet cloth after sweeping the floor with phooll broom removing cob-webs with all tools ,tackles, labour & materials etc. complete as per directions of engineer -in-charge.

Sweeping station roads,paths, removing tree leaves, etc. disposing off the garbage and other foreign materials outside the station area designated by Municipality/EIC

Cleaning of the drains, side slopes including removal of grass, bushes, vegetation, debris, muck & any other unwanted materials & disposing outside the boundary wall:

Cleaning & desalting of drains 0.5 to 2.0m

Cleaning & desalting of drains 2.0 to 4.0m

Cleaning of dustbin including depositing and transporting etc. of garbage complete in all respect outside station area as and when directed by the Engineer-in-charge.(20 Nos DustBin)

Cleaning of equipment including auxilliaries of the equipment with cotton waste cloth /jute (supplied by IOC) including disposing off of all oily waste into dustbin.

Cleaning of designated crude oil spillage area involved with diesel using mops, cotton/ jute cloth/rags including disposing off of all oily waste into dustbin as per directions of engineer -in-charge.(waste cloth and diesel provided by IOC)

Cleaning of pipelines including tankfarm piping, hydrant network in the tank farm area etc. with water washing with owner supplied water. This item also includes connecting owner supplied hose to the fire hydrant line and opening of hydrant valve for water washing.

Cleaning of terrace/ loft water storage tank (inside surface area) up to 1000 litre capacity at all heights with coconut brushes, duster etc., removal of silt, rubbish from the tank and cleaning the tank with fresh water disinfecting with bleaching powder @ 0.5gm per litre capacity of tank, including marking the date of cleaning on the side of tank body with the help of stencil and paint and disposing of malba, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (The old date already written on tank should be removed with paint remover or black paint and if date is not written with the stencil or old date is not removed deduction will be made @ Rs. 0.10 per litre if during cleaning any G.I. fittings or ball cock is damaged that is to be repaired by the Contractor at his own cost and nothing extra will be paid on this account).
