Supply, Installation & Commissioning of 2x500 LPD Solar Water Heating System direct type consisting of 2x4 nos solar flat plate collector ISI marked with copper header & raiser and 50 mm insulation of rockwool/Glasswool 50mm back and 25 mm on sides with 100 mm aluminium box with one no toughened glass 4 mm with more than 80% transmittance and solar hot water storage tank 2x500 ltr made of SS 304 grade covered with 50 mm PUF insulation and cladded with colour coated GI 0.4 mm with 2/3 KW electrical backup with thermostat with 2x01 temperature gauge and necessary hose pipe between collector and hot water tank system fixed over on MS angle iron 40x40x5 mm including nuts bolts, grouted in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 blocks (30x30x30 cm) and two coats of painting over coat for red oxide. Complete system should confirm to BIS and approved as per MNRE specifications with 1 years warranty from the date of installation or 18 months from the date of supply which ever is earlier. Structural steel work riveted bolted or welded in built up section , trucesse and frame work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot and cold water supply, i/c all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings, i/c fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fiitings with one step CPVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. Internal work - Exposed on wall. (i) 25 mm nominal outer dia pipes

(ii) 20 mm nominal outer dia pipes

Providing and fixing ball valve (brass) of approved quality, High or low pressure, with plastic floats complete : (i) 25 mm nominal bore

Providing and fixing brass stop cock of approved quality : (i) 20 mm nominal bore

Providing and fixing brass bib cock of approved quality : (i) 20 mm nominal bore

Providing and fixing gun metal non-return valve of approved quality (screwed end) :(i) 25 mm nominal bore (Horizontal)

Providing and fixing GI pipes complete with GI fittings and clamps, i/c cutting and making good the walls etc : (i) 20 mm nominal bore

Making connection of GI distribution branch with GI main of following sizes by providing and fixing tee, including cutting and threading the etc complete : (i) 25 to 40 mm nominal bore

Providing and placing on terrace (at all floor levels) polyethylene water storage tank, ISI : 12701 marked, with cover and suitable locking arrangement and making necessary holes for inlet, outlet and overflow pipes but without fittings and the base support for tank. (1000 ltr tank)
