Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) of PCs and Peripherals

Bidder shall have successfully executed at least one similar order in State/Central/PSU of value of not less than Rs24.17 lakh in a single order, for Annual Maintenance Contract Desktops and Peripherals during last five financial years i.e. 2021-22 to 2025-26. The bidders shall upload one single order copy with order value not less than Rs 24.17 lakh for Annual Maintenance Contract of Desktops and Peripherals and shall be completed before bid notification date.

Bidder shall upload satisfactory contract completion certificate corresponding to above order signed by the head of the department or competent authority and contract should have been completed before bid notification date.

Bidder shall have an average annual turnover of not less than Rs 48.35 lakh in any two financial years during the previous five financial years (i.e. 2021-22 to 2025-26). Bidder shall upload the copies of Annual turnover and Profit and Loss account statements duly certified by the Chartered Accountant. The bidders shall upload annual financial turnover certificate mentioning UDIN (Unique Document Identification Number) duly signed by Chartered accountant in this regard.
