Procurement of casuarina poles

The bidder should have experience in supplying same/similar items. a) If the bidder is manufacturer, the quantity supplied should be 5680 Nos of Casuarina poles, in any one of the following financial years: 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25. Note: For Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs), the quantity supplied should be 2840 Nos of Casuarina poles in any one of the following financial years: 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25. b)Tenders submitted by authorized representatives/agents/ Suitable Supplier of eligible manufacturers may also be considered, provided the following conditions are met: The Authorized Representative/Agent/ Suitable Supplier must have independently supplied at least 2130 Nos of Casuarina poles during any one of the financial years: 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25. Note: All bidders must enclose relevant supporting documents, such as Purchase Order copies, as proof of compliance with the above criteria.

The manufacturers or authorized dealers/distributors are eligible. The authorized dealers/distributors should furnish authorization letter from the manufacturer.

Financial Capability: a) The average annual financial turnover of the tenderer should not be less than Rs.27.00 lakhs during the last three preceding financial years, namely: FY 2022-23 FY 2023-24 FY 2024-25. b) In case of Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs), the required average annual financial turnover should not be less than Rs.13.50 lakhs during the last two preceding financial years: FY 2023-24 FY 2024-25. The bidders should furnish Annual Turnover Certificate/Profit & Loss statement & Balance sheet duly certified by a chartered accountant.
