S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 600x600x4mm thick designer ceiling board as in false ceiling, colour & pattern as approved including GI frame work using main tee of size 24x38x0.5 mm and cross tee 24x28x0.5 mm made out of PGI sheet 0.30 mm thick doubled at web and single at flange. Flange covered with powder coated sheet 0.25 mm thick and angle 24x24x0.4 mm covered with powder coated sheet 0.25 mm, thick for ceiling, suspended with GI wire 2 mm dia and upto 02 mtr long complete including plugging in brick wall/concrete surface with steel rawl plugs @ 600 mm c/c complete all as specified and directed. (Note:-Taking down of light fitting / ceiling fans, refixing the same after completion of work, This rate including in quotted rates nothing extra will be paid on this account)

M&L for Plain cement concrete (1:2:4) ty B-0 as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation new steel surface over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlars facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work in CM 1:6 using Sub class ‘B’ Bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm Thick in CM (1:6) on Brick surfaces, rendering is to be finished even and smooth (without using extra lime or cement) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 2 coat of cement base paint over a coat of primer including prepration of newly plastered surface of wall complete all as specified and directed.

Note: (i) Writing MES No in 20mm letter size with black paint etc is deemed to be included in quoted rate. (ii) Old fan deposit in store yard.
