SCHEDULE 'A'

Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Chrage.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth for foundation etc. not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Chrage.

Material and labour for hard core of broken stones or boulders of gauge not exe 63mm, deposited spread, levelled in layers not exceeding 15cm thick watered and rammed to a true surface, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Chrage.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete type D-2,:1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) as sub base, foundation, filling & mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Chrage.

Material and labour for 100 mm thick Plain Cement concrete type B-2, 1:2:4 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in sub base of floors, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Chrage.

Material and labour for laying machine pressed precast conctete interlocking reflective coloured pavers block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 55mm to 60mm thick, M-35 Grade, including interstices filling with fine sand etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Chrage.

Material and labour for 25mm thick sand layer for laying interlocking paver blocks, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Chrage.

Material and labour for precast concrete block masonry with solid block exceeding 10 cm in width, type C-1, 1:3:6 (usiing 20 mm gaded stone aggregate) setting in cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Chrage.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete type C-1, 1:3:6 (20mm graded aggregate) as in coping, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Chrage.

Material and labour for 150mm bore RCC pipes class NP3 laid and jointed complete with collars, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Chrage.

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Chrage.

Returning filling in, including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25 cm in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Chrage.

Material and labour Rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on concrete/ stone/block masonary surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Chrage.

Preparation of new plastered surface of block or stone or concrete of any descirption not otherwise described over 10cm width or grith and applying two coats of syntheic enamel paint over a coat of primer, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Chrage.

Material and labour for Cement concrete (type D-2, 1:4:8) bed to drain pipes 150 mm dia including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Chrage.

Material and labour for Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Chrage.

Supply & Fixing Aluminium Composite panels in all colours of approved brand for external / internal wall cladding/ signage board at all heights and elevations including necessary aluminium composite panel consist of 2.5mm thermoplastic core of anti oxidant LDPE sandwitched between two sking of 0.25mm thick alloy sheet making a total sheet thickness of 3mm. The surface shall be finished with PU base coating on the top side and service coating on the reverse side shall be with a polymer paint. The system to be fixed to the brick/ block masonry / RCC walls / framed structure with necessaary clamps, bracket and anchor fasteners fixed over and including base frame fabricated with 1mm thick GI square pipe (25mm x 25mm) including stainless self tapping steel screws, nut bolts, washers, cleats, weather silicon sealent for groove filling, backer rods etc, complete all as per manufacturer instrsuction and all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. NOTE:- All clamps and brackets shall be hot dip galvanised minimum 20 microns, (items include cost of GI frame, ACP Panels, Cramps, weather sealant, gasket, foam, fixtures, scaffolding, all machineries and any fastening strips, nuts, bolts, rivets, washers, etc complete).

Supply & Fixing Acrylic letters / Figure / logo, computerised laser cut, outdoor type, each retro reflective letter of height 30 cm and width 20 cm, with back glow LED lights with superior quality LED strip with water proof DC adapter, brighness controller, LED Module, timer and point wiring for each letters with wiring of colour matching and Point wiring complete with 1.5 Sqmm single core PVC insulated but unsheathed multistranded copper conductor FRLS cable for One 3 pin 6 Amps socket outlet on same board, including installation at site on wall or over porch for LED signage board, complete arrangement and wiring should be waterproof, colour and size as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
