M & L for providing reinforced cement concrete M-25 Design Mix using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation including rafts, footing, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases for columns, basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately under respective item)

M & L for providing reinforced cement concrete M-25 Design Mix using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5 m sapn and like complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately under respective item)

M & L for providing reinforced cement concrete M-25 Design Mix using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in columns, pillars, piers, posps and struts complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately under respective item)

M & L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate), as in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps,seismic and other similar bands, plinth course, string courses, lacinng courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles & throating as directed including necessary form work as required complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of formwork to sides of concrete foundation, footing, bases of columns, raft & raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar works vertical or to better for fair finished flat surface of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for use & waste of formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs etc. also splayes between floors and beams in rough finished flat surface of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for block masonry with solid pre-cast cement concrete blocks made out of cement concrete 1: 3: 6 type C-1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1 : 6 complete all as specified and directed.

S & F mild steel work as in balusters, nosing to steps including embedding inconcrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts, post and struts in fencing including cutting tops of shape as directed, drilling holes,notching for wire etc. fillet iron in fillets ( for securing wire mesh etc.), riveting and simila work confirming to Fe – 290 Gde E - 165 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of New or previously un-treated steel surfaces over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finishing the surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing newly plastered or previously untreated walls surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over one coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, straining bolts at ends, staples or steel pins etc. ( Each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

~Ditto~ all as per above item No. 17 but TMT bars 5 mm dia and over upto and including 10 mm dia as in stirrups, spacers and binders, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling of excavated material, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm thick in each layer as in soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated material to distance not exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.50 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings etc. with ends of bars shouldered and / or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railing, frame work of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe – 290 Gde E -- 165 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of surface of wood and wood based materials, steel or iron work, new or old of any description or girth not otherwise described, and treated with tar or coal tar black paint as in small articles such as stop, covers, gully gratings, holdfasts, ende of posts, back of chowkats, etc. area tarred not exc. 0.10 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each not exc. 0.50 Cum, getting out, returning, filling and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exc. 25 cm watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exc. 50 m and making good surface as in soft / disintegrated rock complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for plain cement concrete,1:5:10 type E-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of floors etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing 100 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-2 (using 40 mm grade stone aggregate) as in floor with mixing of ironite or other wear proof topping, laid in alternate bay including necessary formwork finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 65 mm deep x 10 mm wide, filled with sealing compound grade 'A' complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall,fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed. (Note:Colour of GI steel sheet shall be approved by GE )

M & L for pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall,fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed. (Note:Colour of GI steel sheet shall be approved by GE )

S & F of steel work as in tubular trusses including special shaped washers etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS – 1161 – 1979 grade St – 240 complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of rolled mild steel sections as in framing of cladding, glazing and the like fixed with angle cleats and connecting plates etc. confirming to Fe – 410 – W(Gde E - 250) quality 'B' complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut with 11 to 15 dia of neck and length of bolt exc10 cm long n exc 15cm long complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in bed to drain pipes of 200 mm bore including forming cradles complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of 200 mm bore reinforced concrete pipe, class NP-2, laid and jointed in cement sand mortar 1:1 with collars complete all as specified and directed.
