REPAIR TO UNSERVICEABLE ITEMS OF 1MW SOLAR POWER PLANT AT MAKARPURA UNDER GE (A) BARODA

Supply and fixing in repair/replacement including testing and commissioning of Poly Crystilline silicon power module. antiglare type with minimum 325 Wp, MNRE approved Indigenous. Module efficincy >15.8%, fill factor>0.7, module will be free of PID, module connector suitable for MC4/Bizlink and jucntion box with minmimum IP 67 rating. Module NOCT will be 45±°C with temperature coefficient of power <0.4%/°C, and will be suitable for operation from -20°C to +60°C ambient temperature. Modules will be combined to make array & string of panels to maximize power output along with supply and installation of necessary accessories like fuses, array/string junction box etc., Modules will be certified for relevant dust standards (Applicable standard would be IEC 60068-2-68). Modules shall be deployed with RF id tag inside lamination as per MNRE guidelines. Guranteed electrical degradation of power generated not exceeding 20% of the minimum rated power over the 25 year period and not more than 10% after ten years period of the full rated original output. Modules shall be certified as per IEC 61215-Edition -II, IEC 61646 and IEC 61730-1 & 2 and other applicable IEC/IS standards. Note- (i) Modules shall be suitable to fit in existing space at site and suitable for replacement of existing model of module at site of TATA model No GXT MT-LB 6KVA.

Supply and fixing in repair/replacement of branch, MC4 Male/Female connectors set compatible with module connectors with min of IP66 rating and design with suitable lugs for 6 Sqmm Cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair/replacement of branch, DC SPD for SMB complete all as specified and directed.

Providing internet facility through SIM with data recharge SIM for one year for operation of SCADA system at solar power plnat complete all as specified and directed.

Servicing and maintainance of CCTV cameras (04 Nos) installed at roof of solar plant building and checking all items to be made functional the cameras including all minor items etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down HT Switch gear vaccum circuit breaker of capacity upto 1200 Amps, 12kv/11KV,ABB make for carrying out following repairs, overhaluing, servicing, preventive maintenance and reflixing the same after carrying out repairs / overhauling complete all as specified and as directed. (a) Tripping off the breaker, rackout the breaker complete from the panel along with trolly for servicing / inspection/ overhauling. (b) Servicing / inspecting/ checking automatic safety shutter operation for service ability and replacement of spares if required. (c) Servicing /inspecting / checking of busbar spout and circuit spout connections for RYB Phases and replacement of spares if required. (d) checking of breaker mechanism assembly, fixed contacts and cuurrent carrying parts of the breaker, trolley, insulated asembly etc. (e) setting, reassembling, cleaning adjustment of fixed contacts main contact, acring contact and moving contact for proper setting of auxiliary contacts operatingg mechanism. (f) Servicing / inspecting / checking of secondary socketd / busbar earthing plugs / earthing sockets and replacement of spares if required. (g) checking, setting and adjustment of rackin and rackout operation of the breakedr trolley. (h) Decarbonising of busbar and connected items. (j) Lubrication and greasing of all moving parts of the trolley, stopper bolt for proper operating. Note : (i) The rate quoted shall be deemed to be include for necessary T & P, Nuts, bolts, washers, gasket, insulation tape, HT Sleeve, monoplast compound to put in to the VCBs and paneles in serviceable condition, testing and commissioning (ii) Replacement of defective parts of the VCB Shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fix including dismantling taking out unserviceale HRC fuse - PT HT Side (VTF - 11, 3A) For 800A to 1600 A ABB make 11 KV VCB Panel complete all as specified and directed. Make - Schneider / Audio Vision / Annanad/unity / Bussmann

M&L for dismantaling and refitting and servicing of solar Transformer of capacity Upto 1250KVA by cleaning all the carbon deposit from the HT/LT bushing inlcuding opening and reassembling for detecting of leakage of transformer oil if any and making it leak proof, checking of conservator including replacement of defective parts as supply only all as specified and directed. Note:- the rates quoted is deemed to be included the cost of necessary labour charges for drain out transformer oil, opening of top cover by unscrewing nut, bolts washers etc. Note Winding of transformer shall be measured and paid sepeartly in respective items.

M&L for rewinding of HT/LT coils with copper wire DPC/super enameled high quality matching with existing gauge and impedance including all type of insulating material( paper/Cloth) in each layer or winding complete all as specified and directed. Note:(i) The rate quoted against the item is inclusive of cost of all type of insulating material and heating/varnishing etc and transportation from site to workshop and back to site. (ii) Item will be executed after pre- board of officers conveyed by GE in presence of competent testing authority. (iii) The transformer rating, Insulation testing, dielectric strength, copper and iron losses testing will be executed after rewinding and rating of transformer should match the original one. (iv) Contractor has to arrange the same rating backup transformer during the repair period. (v) lamination and ovening in proper manner at workshop carefully for taking out servicable/unservicable HT/LT coils from the limbs complete all as specified and as directed. (vi) The rate quoted against the item is inclusive of cost of all type of insulating material and heating/varnishing etc and transportation from site to workshop and back to site. ( vii) Item will be ececuted after pre- board of officers conveyed by GE in presence of competent testing authority.(viii) re-arranging the top lamination cover coils in proper manner including fixing of top channel soldering in between coils as necessary and brazing or star delta connection with tap changer complete all as specified and directed. (ix) The rate quoted against the item is inclusive of cost of all type of insulating material and heating/varnishing etc and transportation from site to workshop and back to site. (x) Item will be ececuted after pre- board of officers conveyed by GE in presence of competent testing authority.

M&L for Dehydration including filtration and cleaning of Transformer oil by centrifugal dehydrating machine till to achieve Di-electric strength 60 KV at 2.5 mm gap incl testing of sample before and after dehydration and filtration all as specified and directed. NOTE:- (i) Contractor has to arrange the dehydration machine, testing kit and electrical supply to the dehydration machine and testing kit without any extra cost to the dept. Test report to be submitted after completion of job. (ii) Any damage occured to Transformer during the process of dehydration, shall be made good by the contractor to the entire satisfaction of the Engr-in-charge at his own expenses. (iii) Additional required oil shall be measured and paid separatly in respective items

Supply & Filling /pouring of up to the appropriate level Transformer oil of low viscosity confirming to IS-335 (latest) having dielectric strength not less than 60 KV with 2.5 mm gap complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE:- (i) Dielectric strength test shall be carried out at site before poring/filling in transformers in the presence of Engr-in-Charge on the site (ii) Transformer oil shall be brought at site in sealed compressor from the original manufacturer and shall be opened in front of engr-in-Charge. container shall be deposited by the contractor to the deptt, which will be returned after completion of contract.

Repair and maintanence for PVC Nozzle for solar plant cleaning line complete all as specified and directed.

Repair and maintanence for steel clamp for solar plant complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair/replacement of SMB data card for SCADA system as per existing make complete all as specified and directed.

Supply installing, testing & commissioning six channels string combing box not less than 24 in 1 out, with CRCA sheet metal Suitable for , outdoor cubicle type, free floor mounted front and back openable, made out of 3.15mm thick CRCA MS sheet vermin proof, dust proof, supported on and including ISMC 75 X 40 mm powder coated steel frame and totally powder coated with epoxy siemen grey colour from inside and outside with locking arrangement and fixing arrangement i.e nuts, bolts, washers, clamps etc, UV resistant, glass fibre reinforced plastic, self extinguishing, halogen free, IP-65 (IEC 60529), Voltage grade 650V with earthing stud with self locking door handle, for mounting on rail or cage clamp type suitable for conductor sizes 2.5,4,6,10,16,32,64,100,120,240 mm² with no. of cable inlet and outlet as per requirement. Servicing of weather monitoring system including all arrangement to be made serviciable and also check scada connectivity with system and all complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, fixing , testing & commissioning of LED street light capacity 70 Watt with dedicated street light optics System efficiency of greater than 100 lm/W. Luminaries should have pressure die cast aluminium LM6 housing. Luminaries should have dedicated street light optics for better uniformity & spacing. Luminaries should have air vents in housing for proper thermal management. Min IP protection should be IP66. System power consumption. Luminaries should be UV stabilised polycarbonate cover,. System life should be minimum 50000 burning hrs with 70% lumen maintenance PF>0.95 & Input voltage range 120-277VAC. Min CRI 70. Colour temperature should be >5500 K including suitable connection from junction box to street light with 2 core 1.5 sqmm weather proof cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, lay, connect, test and commissioning XLPE underground unearthed cable, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable heavy duty 1100 volt grade with multi stranded, aluminum conductor of 16sqmm 4 core cross sectional area including laying, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair Battery of capacity 12 Volt battery, 100 Ah complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Batterries warranty should be 60 Months or as per OEM

Supply and laying in trenches / fixed on wall ceiling panel structure connecting testing and charging of Copper Cable of size 1Cx150sqmm Armoured LT UG cable XLPE insulated, FRLS, PVC Sheathed armoured heavy duty 1100 Volt unearthed grade multistranded copper cable conductor as Indian Standards .IEC 60189: IS 694/ IS 1554/IS/IEC 69948 including all accessories, all as specified and as directed .

Excavating in trenches not exc. 1.5m wide and not exc. 1.5 metre deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete.

Returning, filling in including spreading, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm in soft/loose soil.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5m above the starting point.

M & L for sand cushioning for under ground cable with locally available sand for protection of cable 8cm before laying cable and 15cm deep over the cable including spreading and onsolidations, complete all as specified and directed. (Note-Punned thickness ie 18 cm will be measured and paid)

Supplying and laying reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV, type 1, flat size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm

M&L for cutting of vegetation in solar power plant and remove to a distance not exc 1500 mtr complete all as specified.. Note :- 1.solar plant area (120mtrx120 mtr) shall be maintained and the area will be considered and measured as one job. 2. The necessary man power, tool & plant, cutting tools and JCB required for cutting/pruning of branches is deemed to incl in the rate quoted for the job. 3.. Proper shut down will be taken by the authorised rep only.

Servicing,testing and maintenance including minor parts for six channels string combing box as per exisitng make and model complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Painting of existing platform including connected items with two coats of synthetic red enamelled paint over a coat of red oxide primer and writing of FIRE POINT with white enamelled paint as per standard size of words, including and filling the exisitng fire extinguiser equipement complete all as specified and as directed :

Servicing,testing and maintenance including minor parts of single phase UPS capacity 5 KVA including minor part and all complete all as specified and as directed.
