Excavation in soil in hilly area in all heights and depths and in all kind of soil by all means including saturated soil comprising of ordinary soil, soft rocks, hard rocks, chiseling/ wedging out of rock ( where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soil, setting out true to the required line, grades, width cutting and trimming of side slopes to level as shown on the drawing and as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge at site according to the M.O.R.D. technical specification section 302, 304, and 1603 and sorting out useful materials and stacking the same in all leads and lifts in acquired width of the road and transportation of un-useful material for filling in road ways, camber, embankments for grade improvements and disposal of all useful material to acquired width of the road or on approved dumping sites through all modes of transporation including head load or animals transport or mechanical means along with its leveling fine dressing and hauling /carriage of machineries, materials, tools equipments and safety measures. Recovery for usefull stone of 121.79cum @ 300/-cum only shall be effected from the contractor bill actually executed at site on pro-rata basis for the quantity of cutting in earth work effected.Any loss to the public / private property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all cases.

Earth work in excavation for structures in all depths in all kind of soils as per drawing and M.O.R.D.technical specification section 305 & 1603 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal in all lead and lift including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable materials. All work of rock cutting by blasting shall be carried out by taking all necessary precautions against soil erosion, damage to hill side, water pollution etc. and to protect stability of hill side rock shall be excavated with chiseling and wedging out rock (where blasting is prohibited). All earth work in cutting/excavation including rock excavation shall be carried out true to lines grades, side slopes, width, camber super elevation and level as shown on the drawings as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge hauling and stacking of materials useful for construction at suitable sites and safe disposal of unsuitable cut materials in specified manner, filling of unevenness blind age and finishing the road to specified dimension or as directed by the Enginer-in-Charge. If the foundation of the structure is in an area with stagnant water or water is met with in the excavation due to spring seepage rain and other causes it shall be removed by suitable diversion, bailing out or pumping as directed and the area of the foundation or embankment shall be kept dry. Any loss to the public or private property during the course of excavation shall be the whole responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be duly compensated by him at his own cost in all cases.

Back filling with granular material behind abutments, wing walls, return walls complete as per drawing and M.O.R.D. technical specification clause 709 and section 1206, as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge including hauling /carriage of materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads, lifts and other incidental complete in all respect.

Loosening of the ground up to the level of 300 mm (Three hundred millimetre) below the sub grade level, watered, graded and compacted in layers to meet requirement of table 300.1 and 300.2 for sub grade construction as per M.O.R.D. technical specification clauses 303 in all leads, lifts and other incidental complete in all respect including hauling /carriage of materials to various location through all modes of transportation and as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Constrution of sub grade and Earthen Shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all leads and lifts, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.2 as per Technical Specification Clause 303 including hauling of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidential or as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Zero point two zero ) Cubicmetre per ten square metre and binding materials at the rates of 0.06 cum ( Zero point zero six cubicmetre) per ten square metre to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate watering and compacting to the required density as per M.O.R.D. Providing and applying primer coat with BITUMEN Emulsion (SS-1) with nano technology on the prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer @ 0.85 Kg. per Sqm. ( zero point eighty five kilograme) per square metre using mechanical means as per M.O.R.D. technical specifications clause No. 502 and as per directions of Engineer - in- Chargeincluding hauling /carriage of materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads, lifts and other incidental complete in all respect.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitument emulsion (RS-I) with nano technology using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate 0.250 Kg (zero point two five zero kilogram ) per Square metre on the prepared granular surface treated with primer coat cleaned with hydraulic broom as per M.O.R.D. technical specifications clause No. 503 and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer - in- Charge including hauling /carriage of materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads, lifts and other incidental complete in all respect.

Providing laying and rolling by mechnical means of open grades premix carpet with nano technology of 20mm ( twenty millimetre) thickness composed of 13.2mm ( thirteen decimal two millimetre) and 11.20 ( eleven decimal twenty millimeter) crushed stone aggregate mixed in the ratio 2:1 (two is to one) and @ 0.27 cum (zero decimal twenty seven cubic metres ) mixed with bitumen VG-10 (ten) @ 14.60 kg (fourteen point sixty kilogram) per ten square meter of road surface required line grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including heating binder and aggregate in plant 30/40 ton capacity per hour transporting mixed material with tippers and laying with pavers finisher to the required grade to be followed by seal coat of type-B and camber and rolling with a three Wheel 80-100 KN static road roller to required level and grade as per M.O.R.D. technical specifications clause No. 506 and as per directions of Engineer - in- Charge including hauling /carriage of materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads, lifts and other incidental complete in all respect.

Providing and laying seal coat with nano technology sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to specified level grade and cross fall using type-B as per M.O.R.D. technical specification clause 508 premixed with 6.8 kg ( six point eight) kilogram VG-10 (ten) bitumen 0.06 ( zero point zero six) cubic metre of fine aggregate per 10 Sqm. (Ten square metre) heated in mini hot mix plant and laying of mixed material and rolling with power road roller 8-10 ( eight to ten capacity) and as per directions of Engineer - in- Charge including hauling /carriage of materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads, lifts and other incidental complete in all respect.

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5mm ( Two Point five milimetre) thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250gms (Two hundred fifty grammes) per Squarement area, tickness of 2.5 ( Two Point five milimetre) is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes including hauling of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidential or as per the entire stisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Three MS plates of 1.6 mm ( one point six millimeter) thick top and middle plate duly welded with MS flat iron 25mmx5mm ( twenty five millimeters into five millimeters) size on back on edges. The lower plate will be welded with MS angle iron frame of 25mmx25mmx5mm (twenty five millimeter into twenty five millimetre into five millimeter). The angle iron frame of the lower most plate and flat iron frame of middle plate will be welded to 2 Nos. Providing and fixing of semi-reflective cautionary, mandatory and informatory signs 600mm (Six hundred millimetre) equilatral triangle as per IRC-67, made of 1.5mm (one and half millimetre) thick MS sheets duly stove enameled paint in white colour in front and grey colour on back and red reflective border of sixty five millimetre width and required letters and figures with reflective tape engineering grade as per clause 1701.3.9 of MORD specifications for rural roads of required shade and colour supported and welded on 47mmx47mm 12 SWG (Forty seven into forty seven millimeter of twelve ( standard wire gauge) sheet square tube of 3050mm ( Three thousand fifty milimetre) height duly strengthened by 25mm x 5mm (Twenty five milimetre into five milimetre) Mild steel flat iron on edges on back firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 450x450x600 mm, 600 mm below ground level as per drawing and technical specification clause 1701.2.2 including painting angle iron post with primer and two coats of epoxy paint as per the specifications and as per the direction of Engineer-in Charge.
