Providing 3Dimensional Art Décor at ESG Multiplex Theatre Open Area (Main Red Carpet Area). 1. The Red Carpet Area should have artistic concept in the open area with suitable Art Décor with properly masked whenever required and there should not be any unfinished/ exposed areas which will spoil the look of the overall Décor. 2. Complete Lighting of Art Décor Installations, Red Carpet Area, and Sufficient Spot Lights as per the Red Carpet proposal. 3. Red Carpet of 5.00 mm thickness (a) with M.S frame and wooden platform of height 0.6ft of size 99 ft x 12 ft (b) From ESG Multiplex Entrance to Lounge (64 ft x 8ft) 4. Mojo Barricading or with suitable similar arrangement (Double Lane) with Black Colour masking on both the sides of the Red Carpet Area.with Mechanism to restrict public movement across the red carpet during red carpet event using. 5. Providing Seating arrangements with an artistic design in sync with the festival theme for 50 people to maintain social distancing. The arrangement should have suitable overhead cover complimenting weather conditions. 6. Queue Managers inside INOX Theatre – 24 Nos.(Same will be retained by ESG) 7. Sufficient Lighting of the entire Red Carpet Area suitable for photography and photo opp opportunity on the red carpet with suitable frame. 8. Providing 3Dimensional Art Décor at ESG Multiplex Theatre entrance gate. a) Peacock with complete installation etc., as required – 2 nos (Left & Right Side) b) Horizontal Beam on top of the entrance gate with printing, lettering, logos in suitable colours including printing – 1 No. c) Complete lighting of the entire Art Décor installations. 9. Providing 3Dimensional Art Décor at GMC Building – Opp ESG Multiplex Theatre (Main Red Carpet) Peacock with complete installation etc., as required – 2 nos (Left & Right Side), with complete lighting of the Art Décor installations. 10. Sound arrangement for red carpet announcement with minimum 05 nos of cordless/wireless microphones as per requirement including sound operator. The sound system shall be nicely placed at assigned location. 11. Providing artistic canopy/help desk of height of 8ft and width 10ft of suitable material with base as required to ensure stability and wind pressure, complete with lighting , Plug points, Fans/coolers Table, 2 chairs, interlocking arrangement and proper branding. Each canopy shall be of 3 mts in length. Total of 30 nos shall be provided with partition and suitable branding as per the overall theme.

Providing Star Matt Flex printing of size 22ft 8” x 10 ft -1 No. at Red Carpet media room with backlit lighting with suitable frame and lighting of the entire room, Mojo Barricading (single lane) on one side with masking, branding and printing on both sides.

Providing partition with Star Matt Flex printing of size 7 ft 8” x 10 ft -1 No. near GMC entrance with suitable frame with masking, branding and printing on both sides (Art work to be proposed by Vendor)

Providing 3Dimensional Art Décor at GMC Red Carpet main Entrance. 1. The Vendor has to design the Art Décor at Red Carpet Entrance and the complete Red Carpet Entrance should be nicely designed, installations of Peacocks, Award Type structure or similar structure etc., clearly depicting 52nd IFFI, Goa. 2. Complete lighting of Art Décor Installations and Red Carpet Entrance Area. 3. Queue Managers on both the sides of the Red Carpet – 20 nos.(This will be retained by ESG) 4. Red Carpet of 5 mm thickness with suitable platform. 5. Mojo Barricading or with suitable similar arrangement (Double Lane) with Black Colour masking on both the sides of the Red Carpet Area. 6. Star Matt Flex Printing of size 37 ft 5 inches x 8 ft with suitable frame with backlit lighting (Art Work to be proposed by Vendor) 7. Media Platform with 3 level platform risers to accommodate 100 media persons at the Red Carpet. 8. 3 ‘D’ Art Décor installation “IFFI Logo”at Red Carpet Car drop off zone – 1 no. with complete lighting of Art Décor Installation. 9. Additional Red Carpet of 5 mm thickness inside GMC Building Entrance to Corridor Area. 10. Sound arrangement for red carpet announcement with minimum 05 nos of cordless/wireless microphones as per requirement including sound operator. The sound system shall be nicely placed at assigned location.

Horizontal Beam on the entrance & exit gate with printing, lettering, logos in suitable colours including printing (double side) – 1 Nos. 3. Complete lighting of the entire Art Décor installations as required.

Providing 3 Dimensional Art Décor at Maquinez Palace (ESG office). 1. Entrance Design complementing the façade of the building using two 3D Installations. 2. Red Carpet with 5 mm thickness from Maquinez Palace Art Décor installation to Auditorium No. 1 & 2. 3. Queue Managers on both the sides of Red Carpet – 60Nos.(This will be retained by ESG). 4. Adequate lighting of the entire Art Décor installations and at Red Carpet as proposed by vendor.

Providing 3 Dimensional Art Décor installations at Maquinez Lawns, ESG Entrance Gate Lawn, ESG Office Open Area or any other suitable location (on various themes (IFFI, India, Goa , Cinema etc,) with complete lighting of all the Art Décor Installations as required. The Art Installations should also serve as photo opp. The vendor will recommend suitable locations for installations in keeping with delegate density, photo opp, visibility of installations etc. (4 or More designs).

Providing 3 Dimensional Art Décor installations at Corniche Area opposite Old GMC Bldg or any other suitable location (on various themes (IFFI, India, Goa , Cinema etc,) with complete lighting of all the Art Décor Installations as required. The Art Installations should also serve as photo opp. The vendor will recommend suitable locations for installations in keeping with delegate density, photo opp, visibility of installations etc. The designs should be different from designs proposed at 1.08 (4 or More designs).

Customized Podium with masking, printing and branding. (Art Work to proposed by vendor) The locations of the podium will be finalized by ESG.

ACTOR’S LOUNGE 1 AT OLD GMC The actors lounge shall have with 3 recliners (recliners will be provided by ESG) and 3 luxurious sofa sets in white leather finish with 6 wooden tea poys and glass top of size 3 ft x 1.5 feet and 2 six feet long wooden banquet tables with covers and Star Matt Flex Hoarding of Size 10ft X 8ft.-2 Nos. 5mm guage Grey carpet will need to be placed as a permanent fixture in the room. The room size to be carpeted is 20 x 18 feet.

Actors LOUNGE 2 at OLD GMC The actors lounge shall have with 3 recliners (recliners will be provided by ESG) and 3 luxurious sofa sets in white leather finish with 6 wooden tea poys and glass top of size 3 ft x 1.5 feet and 2 six feet long wooden banquet tables with covers. 5mm guage Grey carpet will need to be placed as a permanent fixture in the room and Star Matt Flex Hoarding of Size 10ft X 8ft. TICKET COUNTER AT ART GALLERY: A 36 feet counter partition will need to be placed in front at a height of 3.5 feet. A top facia of 36 x 2 feet will be mounted on this structure and suitably branded with flex on frame. The sides of the counter section will be in size 12 x 8 feet on both sides with plug points 5amp/15amp (6 Nos) ,Coolers (6Nos). The front facia of the counter will need to be branded with flex on frame. Size of facia is 36 x 3.5 feet. Providing ticketing and registration counter with Art Décor and printing and mounting along front counter facia with Star Matt Flex

Providing Food Court at ESG Multiplex Parking with provision of 1 Nos food stalls with the following items. 1. Each stalls to be erected of suitable materials & of size 30 feet x 12 feet and covered with 2 layers of cloth or suitable materials with partition and front table &Suitable Light point, 4 Pedestal Fan, 15A/5 Power Point – 6 Nos. 2. The Food Zone to be provided with Fire extinguishers, dust bins as prescribed by CCP for waste collection Pedestal Fan-20 Nos/ Air Coolers- 10 Nos, with concealed electrical connection inside the food court. 3. 200 Plastic chairs with covers and 50 tables with covers 4. Executive zone seating with tables, sofas etc for 10 persons. 5. The entire Food Court shall have an artistic canopy as per the overall theme of the décor as proposed by the vendor. The entire area should be covered with suitable materials from top to ensure comfortable seating with complete lighting, complementing the weather conditions. 6. The Entrance of the food court complex will have artistic décor and gate. 7. Toilet area to be masked accordingly and hidden from view. 8. Common Kitchen areas with tin sheets covered on top and side with continues water arrangement for entire period. The entire food court should comply with FDA and Fire & Emergency guidelines. Note: Electricity Connections will be provided by ESG, only for the food stalls.

Providing Jury Lounge with artistic concept In Audi II Corridor Area in Maquinez Palace with artistic Concept Design wall to cover the existing wall with branding on 3 sides, 10 nos. of strong and sturdy sofa sets with leather finish in white and normal hand rest, 10 nos. of wooden teapoys with glass top of size 3 ft x 18 inches and 2nos. of wooden banquet tables including Tower Air Conditioning of 2 Ton (2. Nos) (from 14.01.2021 to 24.01.2021).

Erection of Hoarding Fabrication and erection of Hoarding at ESG entranceof Size 44ft x 14ft (Overall Size) with Printable size of 40ft x 10ft with provision of using the full hoarding in two parts of 20ft x 10ft each or can as one full hoarding of 40ft x 10ft. 6nos of LED Flood Lights on the top and Shed to avoid bird droppings

Providing artistic canopy of height of 8ft to cover the area of width 23ft x 27ft open on 3 sides and one side to be branded with flex on frame A 22 feet registration counter partition will need to be placed in front at a height of 3.5 feet with proper arrangements for placement of laptops, printers and cards. 15amp/5amp (6nos) plug points to the counter, high speed pedestal fans (8 Nos)/Coolers and complete with lighting The front facia of the counter will need to be branded with vinyl Size of facia is 22 x 3.5 feet. The Art Installations should also serve as photo opp. The vendor will recommend suitable locations for installations in keeping with delegate density, photo opp, visibility of installations etc.(4 or More designs).

LIGHTING

Providing illumination scheme with different lighting/ intelligent lighting effect, as per design proposed by agency for various installations as per the scope of work for all Art Décor Installation, proposed by the vendor, lighting of entire ESG Complexand façade lighting of all buildings/ structures inside the complex. The designer and light supplier will need to ensure that long sturdy cabling is provided in certain areas where the generator will be placed far away from the installations at a pre-determined locations as specified by ESG. The cost towards the lighting and all other charges must be included by the vendor and no additional charges shall be paid as per the design proposed.

Dry fit 180 GSM, colour T-shirts, microfiber high quality polyester with Polo neck collars & buttons, elastic short sleeves as per design proposed by vendor. with single colour screen printing on both sides number supplied in multiple sizes like S, M, L, XL, XXL & XXXL as per sizes conveyed by this office. The design and material to be approved by ESG before production.

Providing cloth face masks (as per COVID-19 safety guidelines) with IFFI & ESG logo branding.The design and material to be approved by ESG before production.

Providing Multipurpose Crossbody canvas bag with adjustable strap of size H-10.5inch x L-8.5inch with 1 Mega slip pocket for your Tab/ Mobile/ Books, 1 Back zip Compartments to store your extra essentials and over flap with magnetic lock.
