Labour to re-stringing/ titing ,clamping, bending , jumffering, etc to be removing excess sag of loose ACSR of over head line upto permiceable sag at camp area using accessential T&P such as manila rop, puller and teipod etc upto permiceable sag between two poles to continiously upto terminating point incl trimming /cutting to small tree branches girth n.exc. 30cm upto minium 2.0 Mtr clearance, tightening of stay stand in proper angle etc all as site required and directed. Note :- (i) Three/ four runs of ACSR shall be measured against one unit. (ii) Quoted rate shall be included all required T&P and safety equipment.

Taking down steel poles / concrete pole of any size and type complete.

M & L cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint all as speccified and directed by GE.

M & L for spreading 40mm nominal size stone aggragate or gravel suitable for substation yard complete all as speccified and directed by GE.

M & L switches air break,gang operated, Triple pole, mechanically operated, mounted on 12 Nos insulator and steel frame, with operating mechanism worked from ground level, for current rating upto 200 amps,11000 volts working pressure conforming to IS-1818/72 and 9921/85 complete manufacturer in original with operating handle, fixing arrangement, operating rod, etc all as site requirment including taking down old one all as specified and directed by GE.

M & L for testing earth esistance at earthing various location using earth tester complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The cost of usage of the testing apparatus is deemed to be included in the unit rate. The contractor shall submit the test report in a pescribed format as directed.

M & L for Lightning arresters high tension, expulsion type complete with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity 65 kilo amp suitable for 11000volts including continuity conductor up to earth terminal taking down of old one all as speccified and directed by GE.

All holes shall be provided with new brass cable gland of appropriate etc complete in all respects as specified and directed comprising compartments with necessary arrangements for following items :- 1. 200 Amps MCCB Rotary type -01 nos Rotary type incoming 2. Bus Bar chamber R-Y-B-N 3. 20-100 Amps MCCB TPN -06 nos 4. Ammter , Voltmeter-01 no Each in front door 5. R-Y-B indicator in front door Note:- The cost MCCB of any type, voltmeter and ammeter are not included in the unit price.

All holes shall be provided with new brass cable gland of appropriate etc complete in all respects as specified and directed comprising compartments with necessary arrangements for following items :- 1. 100 Amps MCCB Rotary type -01 nos incoming 2. Bus Bar chamber R-Y-B-N 3. 20-100 Amps MCCB TPN -05 nos 4. Ammter , Voltmeter-01 no Each in front door 5. R-Y-B indicator in front door Note:- The cost MCCB of any type, voltmeter and ammeter are not included in the unit price.

Decarbonising / cleaning of Existing LT panel cubical type of various size consists of bus bar and circuit chamber, metering chambers CTs and relays chambers, checking the bus bar joints, bus bar and circuit spouts, cleaning and applying Anti - Track Busbar Insulation Tape to the bus bars, checking the current transformer, applying Monoplast compound at the bus bar joints after tightening of joints ,replaced new suiable size of lugs /suitable copper control cable and reassembling, if any rusted sheet replced with new sheet as per existing size complete all as directed. Note:- Cost of lubricant/ cleaning agents (CRC & rust remover) / hardware like springs/ bolts/ nuts/ washers,lugs/ suitable copper cables cost of labour, T&P required for replacement shall be etc. shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted.

Dismantling & taking out old unserviceable worn out 415 Volt, 3 Phase, 4 Wire system,LT Panel board ( Indoor Type/outdoor type ) of any size with complete accessories after taking proper shutdown and disconnecting all incoming & outgoing cables with due care complete with making the disturbed surface smooth complete all as specified and directed. Note- 1. Old unserviceable circuit breakers recovered from this item will be given under Sch of credit.

Repairs/ overhauling of LT air circuit breaker of any size and make and capacity and replacement of minor items like springs, washers, bolts and nuts and other insulating materials including calibration and testing of control and protection devices of equipments in the following steps: (i) Disconnect and taking out the breaker after taking power shut down of the respective panel and check for defects and painting one coat of synthetic enamel paint in inner campartment of panel . (ii) Overhauling/ servicing the ACB by opening all parts and lubricating with petrolium jelly and moving parts with grease etc as per the requirement. (iii) Re-assemble the ACB complete and install to its original position and test and commission the breaker for both tripping mechanism and closing mechanism for proper functioning of the breaker all as specified and as directed. Note:- Cost of lubricant/ cleaning agents (CRC & rust remover) / hardware like springs/ bolts/ nuts/ washers,cost of labour, T&P required for replacement shall be etc. shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted.

(b) Checking the leakage of transformer oil from tank joints, bushings, inlet/out let valves ,breather etc ,servicing,openning the transformer and disconnect the star and delta connection for HT and LT windings ,testing the insulation resistance.

Material and labour for filtration of transformer oil of Transformer upto 500 KVA with ultra high vacuum filteration machine and checking dielectric strength (BDV), dielectric dissipation factor, neutralizing value (total activity), upto 60 KV with 2.5 mm Gap sludge content, flush point of transformer oil from Standard Testing Laboratory all as specified. Refilling the transformer oil in the shell of transformer after carrying out filteration and heating up oil to achive required dielectric strength and submitting the test result after filteration of oil in proper proforma duly signed.

M&L for cement contrete 1:4:8 type D- 2 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation of pole filling and mass concrete in complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement contrete 1:3:6 type C- 1 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement contrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in roof, kerb or mud stops rounded or charfered on edgees ,coping etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for painting to electric pole steel tubuler/ PCC after removing /scraping/ bruses/ cleaning to old paint on external surface in two coats of paint over one coats of red oxide primer by using syenthatic enamel aluminium paint on steel tubular and cement paint on PCC poles in any height/ length/ dia etc including cross arms/ angles, nut, bolt , washers etc and making alternate strip in 30 cm minium width upto 1.5 Mtr above normal GL and marking as direction using diffrent colour of paint complete all as site and directed. Note : Colour of paint shall be approved by GE.

Material and labour for painting to 200 KVA transformer scrapping and removing oil paint and applying one coats of synthetic enamel paint by taking due care for HT/LT side supply all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix Synthetic mat of size not less than 2m x 1m x 19 mm including taking out old Unseveciable Syntheic mat all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Phase indicating lamp (R-Y-B) LED type complete including taking down old unserviceable lamp all as directed.

M & L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below the normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron strip 32x6mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts and washers, check nuts made out of galvanized iron or steel all as shown on electrical plate No.5 of SSR Part-I connected to earthing test point complete all as specified directed. The rates for earthing under items includes the cost of: (a) Earth electrode. (b) Main earthing lead from earth electrode to test point upto 7.5 metre.
