Contract Details

ALMIRAH STEEL LARGE : FD-67(M), FD-351, FD-1031 S & F following components of almirah including dismantling taking out carefully & replace old components of almirah. Complete all as shown on drg, specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (i) Dismantling, taking out carefully old existing broken U/S Locks with key cover of any description & replacement of the same with S&F new Locks six levers, with double key including new key cover complete on external face of Almirah & suitable 4mm dia screws complete machine all as shown on drg specified and directed. (Make :- Godraj/ Harrison/ Nova)

(ii) All as per items No 1 (i) above Replacement of Handle with S&F new handle shall be of non-ferrous alloy with CP Godrej patten as per sample and complete with nuts and pins all as shown on drg and specified and directed by E-in-C and GE. (Make :- Godraj/ Harrison/ Nova)

(iii) All as per items No 1 (i) above Replacement of three way locking device with S&F new three way locking device complete with fixing accessories for steel almirah large.

(iv) All as per items No 1 (i) above Replacement of legs of steel almirah large with S&F new legs complete all as shown on drg, specified and directed.

(v) All as per items No 1 (i) above Replacement of shelf of steel almirah large with S&F new shelf complete all as shown on drg, specified and directed .

(vi) All as per items No 1 (i) Replacement of door shutter of steel almirah large with S&F new door shutter complete all as shown on drg, specified and directed .

(vii) All as per items No 1 (i) Replacement of hinges of steel almirah large with S&F new hinges SS (Make :- Hettich/ Ozone/ Epco) complete all as shown on drg, specified and directed.

(viii) All as per items No 1 (i) Replacement with S&F new SS conduit pipe 20 mm dia for Almirah steel or sorts complete all as shown on drg, specified and directed .

(ix) All as per items No 1 (i) Replacement with S&F Chromium plated safety type hasp & staples complete all as shown on drg, specified and directed.

(x) M&L for one coat to old and two coats to new surfaces of synthetic enamel red-oxied of approved shade and quality over a coat of red-oxide primer by means of spray painting (internally & externally complete)

(xi) M&L for two coat including preparation of steel/iron surface by removing of old paint by using grinding machine, taking out dents & filling with putty. After thoroughly preparing the surfaces of the Almirah steel, paint them through a spray machine to obtain a high gloss finish similar to new furniture (Make of Paint: Asian/Berger/Nerolac, Drak ovile Green).

(xii) Welding work wherever required as directed by EIC

Almirah Steel Med/Small (FD - 1034) S & F of the following components of Almirah Steel Med/Small including dismantling of old unservicable one complete all as specified directed and shown on drawing. (i) M&L for taking out old boken/unsv of handle S&F new handle shall be 100mm (make Harison of Godrej) as per sample and complete with nuts and bolt all as shown on drg and specified and directed by E-in-Charge.

(ii) All as per item No 13 (i) above M&L for taking out old broken/unsv of lock 6 lever S&F new fitted in lock 6 lever with duplicate keys (make of lock Harison or godrej) all as specified directed.

(iii) All as per item No 13 (i) above Replacement of legs with S&F new legs 1.25mm thick mild steel sheet complete all as shown on drg, specified and directed.

(iv) All as per item No 13 (i) above Replacement of shelf with S & F New shelf 1.25mm thick mild steel sheet complete all as shown on drg, specified and directed .

(v) All as per item No 13 (i) above Replacement with S&F new SS conduit pipe 20 mm dia for Almirah steel or sorts complete all as shown on drg, specified and directed .

(vi) All as per item No 13 (i) above Replacement with S&F Chromium plated safety type hasp & staples complete all as shown on drg, specified and directed.

(vii) All as per item No 13 (i) above Replacement with S&F Door Shutter New shutters must be made of 1.25mm thick MS sheet, made to shape and size complete all as shown on drg, specified and directed.

(viii) All as per item No 13 (i) above Replacement of hinges of Almirah steel with S&F new hinges SS (Make :- Hettich/ Ozone/ Epco) complete all as shown on drg, specified and directed.

(ix) All as per item No 13 (i) above Welding work wherever required as directed by EIC

(x) M&L for one coat to old and two coats to new surfaces of synthetic enamel red-oxied of approved shade and quality over a coat of red-oxide primer by means of spray painting (internally & externally complete)

(xi) M&L for two coat including preparation of steel/iron surface by removing of old paint by using grinding machine, taking out dents & filling with putty. After thoroughly preparing the surfaces of the Almirah steel, paint them through a spray machine to obtain a high gloss finish similar to new furniture (Make of Paint: Asian/Berger/Nerolac, Drak ovile Green).

Chair Verandh (FD-256) (i) M&L of the following components of Chair verandah including dismantling of old unservicabe and S & F recaning the chair fully both seat and back with new plastic cane, white, half round 4mm wide of 1 st quqlity, white colour in pure godrej pattern. The canning of chair shall only be carried out after complete all as specified, directed :-

(ii) All as per item No 24 (i) above M&L for one coat to old and two coats to new surfaces of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade and quality over a coat of red-oxide primer by means of spray painting (internally & externally complete) including preparation of steel/iron surface by removing of old paint by using grinding machine, taking out dents & filling with putty. After thoroughly preparing the surfaces of the Chair Varandah paint them through a spray machine to obtain a high gloss finish similar to new furniture (Make of Paint: Asian/Berger/Nerolac).

(xi) M&L for two coat including preparation of steel/iron surface by removing of old paint by using grinding machine, taking out dents & filling with putty. After thoroughly preparing the surfaces of the Chair verandah, paint them through a spray machine to obtain a high gloss finish similar to new furniture (Make of Paint: Asian/Berger/Nerolac, Drak ovile Green).

(iii) All as per item No 24 (i) above Removing the existing U/S/broken PVC seat and back from the chair verandah MAP, S & F new PVC seat and back 4mm thick to the chair verandah MAP after providing flat iron 20mmx4mm support in centre of seat only by proper welding for support of PVC seat.The PVC seat shall got approved from GE before supply. MAKE OF PVC SEAT –AMKO/ COMFO/ HARMONY

(iv) All as per item No 24 (i) above Replacement of legs of chair varandah with S&F new legs made out of 16 Gauge MS sheet complete all as shown on drg, specified and directed.

(v) All as per item No 24 (i) Welding work wherever required as directed by EIC

(vi) All as per item No 24 (i) above Replacement the old broken shoes of chairs and S & F best quality new PVC shoes to the legs of chair.

Chair C B Steel With Arms (FD-75M) S & F of the following components of Chair steel tubular with arms made out of shisham wood french polished duly plastic canned in "Godrej" pattern with plastic cane 2 mm width and borders with 4 mm wide plastic cane fixed with screw 7.5 cm long (04 Nos, duly fitted one nut and one washer) to fixed the chair frame complete all as specified, directed and showm on drawings includings dismantling of old inservicable one:- (i) Replacement of legs frame of Chair Steel Tublar With Arms S&F new legs frame made out of 20 Gauge MS pipe complete all as shown on drg, specified and directed.

(ii) All as per item No 31 (i) above Replacement of Seat frame of Chair Steel Tublar With Arms S&F new seat frame complete all as shown on drg, specified and directed.

(iii) All as per item No 31 (i) above Replacement of Back frame of Chair Steel Tublar With Arms S&F new Back frame complete all as shown on drg, specified and directed.

(iv) All as per item No 31 (i) above Replacement of Handle made of shisham wood duly french polished and fixed to the chair with arms screw of suitable size.

(v) All as per item No 31 (i) above Welding work wherever required as directed by EIC

(vi) All as per item No 31 (i) above Replacement of 50 mm long flat iron piece made of 25 x 4 mm flat duly Gas welding at four corner of seat and back to supprt and screwed with the seat at two.

(vii) All as per item No 31 (i) above Replacement the old broken shoes of chairs and S & F best quality new PVC shoes to the legs of chair.

(viii) All as per item No 31 (i) above M&L for one coat to old and two coats to new surfaces of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade and quality over a coat of red-oxide primer by means of spray painting (internally & externally complete) including preparation of steel/iron surface by removing of old paint by using grinding machine, taking out dents & filling with putty. After thoroughly preparing the surfaces of the Chair steel tubular with arms paint them through a spray machine to obtain a high gloss finish similar to new furniture (Make of Paint: Asian/Berger/Nerolac).

(xi) M&L for two coat including preparation of steel/iron surface by removing of old paint by using grinding machine, taking out dents & filling with putty. After thoroughly preparing the surfaces of the Chair verandah, paint them through a spray machine to obtain a high gloss finish similar to new furniture (Make of Paint: Asian/Berger/Nerolac, Drak ovile Green).

Chair C B Steel With/Out Arms (FD-75) S & F of the following components of Chair steel tubular with out arms made out of shisham wood french polished duly plastic canned in "Godrej" pattern with plastic cane 2 mm width and borders with 4 mm wide plastic cane fixed with screw 7.5 cm long (04 Nos, duly fitted one nut and one washer) to fixed the chair frame complete all as specified, directed and showm on drawings includings dismantling of old inservicable one:- (i) Replacement of legs frame of Chair Steel Tublar With out Arms S&F new legs frame made out of 20 Gauge MS pipe complete all as shown on drg, specified and directed.

(ii) All as per item No 40 (i) above Replacement of Seat frame of Chair Steel Tublar With/out Arms S&F new seat frame complete all as shown on drg, specified and directed.

(iii) All as per item No 40 (i) above Replacement of Back frame of Chair Steel Tublar With out Arms S&F new Back frame complete all as shown on drg, specified and directed.

(iv) All as per item No 40 (i) above Replacement of Handle made of shisham wood duly french polished and fixed to the chair with arms screw of suitable size.

(v) All as per item No 40 (i) above Welding work wherever required as directed by EIC

(vi) All as per item No 40 (i) above Replacement of 50 mm long flat iron piece made of 25 x 4 mm flat duly Gas welding at four corner of seat and back to supprt and screwed with the seat at two.

(vii) All as per item No40 (i) above Replacement the old broken shoes of chairs and S & F best quality new PVC shoes to the legs of chair.

(viii) All as per item No 40 (i) above M&L for one coat to old and two coats to new surfaces of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade and quality over a coat of red-oxide primer by means of spray painting (internally & externally complete) including preparation of steel/iron surface by removing of old paint by using grinding machine, taking out dents & filling with putty. After thoroughly preparing the surfaces of the Chair steel tubular with out arms paint them through a spray machine to obtain a high gloss finish similar to new furniture (Make of Paint: Asian/Berger/Nerolac).

(xi) M&L for two coat including preparation of steel/iron surface by removing of old paint by using grinding machine, taking out dents & filling with putty. After thoroughly preparing the surfaces of the Chair steel tubular with out arms, paint them through a spray machine to obtain a high gloss finish similar to new furniture (Make of Paint: Asian/Berger/Nerolac, Drak ovile Green).

(i) Computer Chair Revolving (TP) M & L for taking out old broken/unserviceable of back portion providing S&F new cushion of 32 density cool foam of Computer chair 18"x24" and frame with plastic/Rubber Strip with 2" screw (Make of foam Godrej, Supreme) complete all as specifed and directed.

(ii) All as per item No 48 (i), M & L for taking out old broken/unserviceable and S&F for providing new cushion of 32 density cool foam base of seat of Computer chair 18"x18" base frame with plastic/Rubber Strip 1" and with 2" screw (Make of foam Godrej, Supreme) complete all as specifed and directed.

(iii) All as per item No 48 (i) M & L for providing new tapestry cloth cover for seat foam and back foam of Computer chair of approved shade & quality to cover the of Size 18x24" of back portion and 18"x18" thick portion of seat cost of tapestry cloth shall not be less than Rs 200 per running meter.

(iv) All as per item No 48 (i) above Computer chair Wheel 50 mm dia complete all as specfied and directed.

(v) All as per item No 2 (i) above S & F with new PP leg base (Make of Godrej, Geeken) as per trade pattern complete all as specified and directed

(vi) All as per item No 48 (i) above S&F new with arms handle (Make of Godrej, Geeken) complete all as specified and directed.

(vii) All as per item No 48 (i) above S&F new lifting Hydralic with pushing handle nut/bolt with washer (Make of Godrej, Geeken) complete all as specfied and directed.

(viii) All as per item No 48 (i) above S&F new plywood 12 mm thick back portion and seat base ( make BWR Ply Archidlam/Centary) complete all as specfied and directed.

(ix) All as per item No 48 (i) above S&F new plywood 12 mm thick back portion and back seat base ( make BWR Ply Archidlam/Centary) complete all as specfied and directed.

(x) M&L for two coat including preparation of steel/iron surface by removing of old paint by using grinding machine, taking out dents & filling with putty. After thoroughly preparing the surfaces of the Computer Chair , paint them through a spray machine to obtain a high gloss finish similar to new furniture (Make of Paint: Asian/Berger/Nerolac, Drak ovile Green).

Class Room Chairs Size 525x550x800 mm (TP), M&L high as per design made out of capsul shape chromium plate MS Pipe having cushioned seat upholerd with approved quality of fabric and polypropline back etc all complete. (i) M & L for taking out old broken/unserviceable of seat base portion providing S&F new cushion of 32 density cool foam of Class Room Chairs 18"x24" (Make of foam Godrej, Supreme) complete all as specifed and directed.

(ii) All as per item No 59 (i), M & L for taking out old broken/unserviceable and S&F for providing new plastic frame as per sample high seat back of Class Room Chairs 18"x18" seat back frame with screw (Make Godrej, Supreme) complete all as specifed and directed.

(iii) All as per item No 59 (i) M & L for providing new fabric and polypropline cloth cover for seat base Class Room Chairs of approved shade & quality to cover the of Size 24"x24" of thick portion of seat cost of fabric and polypropline cloth cover shall not be less than Rs 100.00 per running meter.

(iv) All as per item No 59 (i) above Welding work wherever required as directed by EIC

(v) All as per item No 59 (i) Replacement of legs frame of Class Room Chairs S&F new legs frame made out of 20 Gauge MS pipe complete all as shown on drg, specified and directed.

(vi) All as per item No 59 (i) above Replacement of 50 mm long flat iron piece made of 25 x 4 mm flat duly Gas welding at four corner of seat and back to supprt and screwed with the seat at two.

(vii) All as per item No 59 (i) above S&F new plywood 12 mm thick portion seat base ( make BWR Ply Archidlam/Centary) complete all as specfied and directed.

(viii) All as per item No 59 (i) above Replacement the old broken shoes of chairs and S & F best quality new PVC shoes to the legs of chair.

(xi) M&L for two coat including preparation of steel/iron surface by removing of old paint by using grinding machine, taking out dents & filling with putty. After thoroughly preparing the surfaces of the Class Room Chairs, paint them through a spray machine to obtain a high gloss finish similar to new furniture (Make of Paint: Asian/Berger/Nerolac, Drak ovile Green).

(i) All as per item No 59 (i) M & L for taking out old broken/unserviceable of seat base portion providing S&F new foam of 1" cool foam of Class Room Chairs 18"x24" (Make of foam Godrej, Supreme) complete all as specifed and directed.

(i) Revolving Lab Stool with back cushioned (TP) M & L for taking out old broken/unserviceable of seat back portion providing S&F new cushion of 32 density cool foam of Revolving Lab Stool with back cushioned 18"x24" and round frame with plastic/Rubber Strip with 2" screw (Make of foam Godrej, Supreme) complete all as specifed and directed.

(ii) All as per item No 69 (i), M & L for taking out old broken/unserviceable and S&F for providing new cushion of 32 density cool foam base of seat of Revolving Lab stool 24"x24" round shape base frame with plastic/Rubber Strip 1" and with 2" screw (Make of foam Godrej, Supreme) complete all as specifed and directed.

(iii) All as per item No 69 (i) M & L for providing new upholstered 100mm rubber foamin cover for seat foam and back foam of revolving Lab stool of approved shade & quality to cover the of Size 18x24" of back portion and 18"x18" thick portion of seat cost ofupholstered 100mm rubber foamin cover shall not be less than Rs 200.00 per running meter.

(iv) All as per item No 69 (i) above Revolving Lab Stool Wheel 50 mm dia complete all as specfied and directed.

(v) All as per item No 69 (i) above S & F with new PP leg base (Make of Godrej, Geeken) as per trade pattern complete all as specified and directed.

(vi) All as per item No 69 (i) above S&F new with arms handle round steel (Make of Godrej, Geeken) complete all as specified and directed.

(vii) All as per item No 69 (i) above S&F new lifting Hydralic with pushing handle nut/bolt with washer (Make of Godrej, Geeken) complete all as specfied and directed.

Slotted Angle iron Rack 12 Gauge thick size 2133.6x914.4x381mm (TP) S&F the following components of Slotted Angle iron Rack 12 Gauge thick size 2133.6x914.4x381mm 6 tiers including dismantling of old unserviceable one complete all as specified, directed and shown on drawings :- (i) Replacement of Mild steel angle iron of size 30x30x3mm thick 2133.6 mm long with S&F new angle iron steel as per sample and complete with nuts/bolt/washer and pins all as shown on drg and specified and directed by E-in-C.

(i) All as per item No 76 (i) above S&F Shelves of size 914.4x381mm made of 1 mm mild steel sheet Mild steel Slotted Angle iron Rack 12 Gauge thick iron of size 2133.6x914.4x381mm with new Shelves steel as per sample and complete with nuts/bolt/washer and pins all as shown on drg and specified and directed by E-in-C.

(ii) All as per item No 76 (i) above M&L for one coat to old and two coats to new surfaces of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade and quality over a coat of red-oxide primer by means of spray painting (internally & externally complete) including preparation of steel/iron surface by removing of old paint by using grinding machine, taking out dents & filling with putty. After thoroughly preparing the surfaces of the Chair steel tubular with out arms paint them through a spray machine to obtain a high gloss finish similar to new furniture (Make of Paint: Asian/Berger/Nerolac).

(iii) All as per item No 76 (i) M&L for two coat including preparation of steel/iron surface by removing of old paint by using grinding machine, taking out dents & filling with putty. After thoroughly preparing the surfaces of the Chair steel tubular with out arms, paint them through a spray machine to obtain a high gloss finish similar to new furniture (Make of Paint: Asian/Berger/Nerolac, Drak ovile Green). NOTES:- (i) Painting work shall be carried out all around on the complete exposed suraface including internal parts like shelves, drawers, stiffners, partions etc, with spray painting process. (ii) Newly reaplced parts shall be traeted with one coat of red oxide primer before painting work and cost of the same deemed included in the rate of these items. (iii) Cost of removing of all dent and correcting of deshaped profiles shall deemed to be included in the unit rate of these items. (iv) Surface and site shall be made neat and clean by the contractor. (v) Work Shall be carried out within the areas of AGE (I) R&D Haldwani, HQ DIBER Complex Haldwani or in the furniture yard of BSO as Specified and directed. (vi) Contractor has to visit at site before quopting tender, Tenders may be noted that amount of credit will be deducted from the total amount arived, at the time of Acceptance of contract. (vii) Repairs will be carried out in furniture yard an different locations fall under AGE (I) R&D Haldwani. (viii) Duration of the contract : 06 months
