Dismantling and removing the existing CC/RCC works and conveying and depositing the debris at places pointed out within a distance of 150m as directed by Engineer-in charge.

Earth work excavation in all classes of soil except hard rock requiring blasting for foundation trenches, drains, column footings, equipment foundations etc. not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10sq.m on plan,including filling in basement and sides of foundation with the spoil earth in layers,breaking clods, watering, ramming and consolidating and conveying and depositing the excess spoil or filling in low lying area and levelling within an initial lead of 50M and lift upto 1.5M, etc.complete .

Demolishing and removing cement floor topping at a thickness of 20 mm and disposal of the debris to the dumping ground within 50 m lead.

Hacking of CC flooring including cleaning the surface etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Cement concrete work in 1:4:8 mix using first class 40mm nominal size hard granite broken stones including all charges for mixing concrete, laying, consolidating, curing etc. complete foundation/levelling course, flooring etc. complete but excluding cost of formwork.

Solid concrete block masonry in cement mortar 1:5 using good quality cement concrete blocks approved by the Engineer in charge for superstructure in ground floor/upto 5m height from plinth level/floor level.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:4, 15mm thick, one coat floated hard and trowelled smooth at all levels.

Providing form work to RCC / CC works with necessary wooden planks, joists, runners, struts, posts etc. including removal after completion/ curing for foundation footings, machine equipment foundations and pedastals over foundation footings, sides of trench walls, plinth beams and rafts, pile caps and mass concrete works etc.at all levels inside factory area.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for all heights for Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform.

Providing and laying in position ready mixed M-30 grade concrete for reinforced cement concrete works upto plinth level , using cement content as per approved design mix, manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for all leads, having continuous agitated mixer, manufactured as per mix design of specified grade for reinforced cement concrete work, including pumping of R.M.C. from transit mixer to site of laying , excluding the cost of centering, shuttering finishing and reinforcement, including cost of admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS : 9103 to accelerate/ retard setting of concrete,improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.(Note :- Cement content considered in this item is @ 340 kg/cum. Excess/less cement used as per design mix is payable/recoverable separately)

Add for using extra cement in the items of design mix over and above the specified cement content therein.

RCC work 1:1 1/2:3 nominal mix using first class 20mm and down grade hard granite broken stones including all charges for mixing , laying, consolidating, curing, handling and fixing in position, etc. complete but excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for foundation footing, bottom and sides of trench , raft, plinth beams and pedestals over foundation footings of all shapes pile caps and mass concrete.

RCC or CC work 1:2:4 mix, using 20mm nominal size broken stone excluding cost of form work and reinforcement .

Supply of Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting,bending, placing in position and binding all complete at all levels. With Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Fresh lining / repairing the lining using Acid Resistant Tiles of all thickness upto and including 40mm / Castables to the required thickness with suitable mortar upto a height of 5M from the ground level for floors, walls, shells inside of tanks, vessels, ducts, etc. of all shapes and sizes including transporting of all the required materials from Udyogamandal General Stores/Civil Maintenance Office stores/Plant Stock Yards to the work site, preparation of the required mortar/castables as directed, carrying out the necessary scaffoldings (both inside and outside the equipments), providing and removing necessary form work in the case of castables, arch/ straight supports in the case of tiles etc. (lining materials will be issued free of cost).

Providing , laying and grouting Vitrified tiles of minimum 1200x600 mm sizes (thickness to be specified by manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS 15622, of approved brand & manufacturer in all colours & shades in flooring, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand),jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg/sqm including grouting the joints of width 3 mm , using epoxy grout mix of 0.70 kg of organic coated filler of desired shade ( 0.10 kg of hardener & 0.20 kg of resin per kg), etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.(Purchase price of tiles at site to be in the range of Rs. 60/Sqft to Rs. 70/Sqft.)

Providing , laying and grouting Glazed vitrified tiles (GVT) of minimum 1200x600 mm sizes (thickness to be specified by manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved brand & manufacturer in all colours & shades in skirting, risers of steps and dados etc. fix with cement based high polymer modified quick set tile adhesive (water based) conforming to IS 15477, in average 6mm thickness including grouting the joints of width 3 mm , using epoxy grout mix of 0.70 kg of organic coated filler of desired shade ( 0.10 kg of hardener & 0.20 kg of resin per kg), etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Purchase price of tiles at site to be in the range of Rs. 70/Sqft to Rs. 90/Sqft.)

Providing and laying flamed finish Granite stone flooring Jet Black, Cherry Red, Elite Brown, Cat Eye or equivalent, in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building with 18 mm thick stone slab over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing, curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) Grating made of angles, flats, plates etc., suit for top of drains /floor including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing, fixing on top of the floor /drain etc. with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, as per approval of Engineer-in-charge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.).

Demolishing and removing old cement plaster and disposal of the debris at places pointed out within a distance of 150M.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per directions of Engineer-In-Charge - With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Cleaning and applying priming coats with water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre on all surface.

Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour,One coat - of exterior grade.

Wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade,having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour.One coat

Painting one coat of approved quality and colour synthetic enamel paint at all heights to surfaces of new/ old iron/ wood work after rubbing with sand paper and cleaning well the surfaces.

Providing and placing on terrace (at all floor levels) 3layer polyethylene circular water storage tank , IS : 12701 marked, with all necessary fittings for inlet, outlet and float, Scour pipe connection, etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and fixing 25 mm Float valve (PVC) of approved quality and brand

Providing and fixing white vitreous china laboratory sink with C.P. brass chain with rubber plug, 40 mm C.P brass waste and 40mm C.P. brass trap with necessary C.P. brass unions complete,including cutting and making good the wall/slab wherever required :Size 600x450x200 mm

Supplying and fixing superior quality chromium plated 15 mm ,three (3) way laboratory sink tap of superior quality as per departmental instructions.

Providing and fixing at all levels Health faucet with wall hook and 1.5m SS braided rubber hose pipe of product code of Hindware (product: F160023) or equivalent model from Cera, Parryware and angle stop cock of grohe (code : 2201600M flow rate≤ 5 litres per minute) including fitting, cutting and making good the walls etc. complete.
