DIRECT LABOUR Work of grouting of round pole no:-02, Bus Isolator no:-01 and P.N no:-06 structure etc. including earth excavation, cement concrete and MS bar work in ratio 1:2:4 for round pole, Isolator and P.N foundation, work also include aluminium painting on full double pole structure, complete work including all labour, material and T&P etc. Excavation.

Laying of earth strip including strengthening, bending, welding, making joint equipment structure to main earth mat and excavation of earth, complete work including all labour, material and T&P etc.

Work of jumper connection from Bus to Isolator, Isolator to Jack Bus conductor. Work also includes proper fixing of run through clamp, CT clamp, PG clamp and isolator clamp with making of holes, complete work including all labour and T&P etc.

Erection of fabricated auxiliary structures of 33kV Bus Isolator & PN structure, all work above ground level including extension with proper tightening of nut & bolts work include cost of labour and T&P etc.

Providing & fixing of 132kV post/ support insulator porceline type by manual/ crane, making proper holes on structure, proper vertical alignment of insulator with taking of all safety measure, complete work including all albour, material and T&P etc.

Providng & fixing of operating mechanism box/auxiliary switch box of size 250MM x 250MM x 160MM (16SWG MS sheet) suitable for 33KV isolator including auxiliary switch with 03NO+03NC, terminal block, cable gland, cubical heater, spindle, operating handle & bearing complete in all repect. work also includes providing & fixing of coupling GI pipes of isolator.

Laying of 10C x 2.5sqmm copper wire control cable in cable trench from work site to control room by opening of trench covers then after completion the work close at same, complete work including all labour and T&P etc.

Dismantling of old & obsolete 33kV CT form capacitor bank feeder bay by opening of all jumpers, clamps, cable connection & earthing with the help of direct pole/ manually, complete work including all labour, T&P and material etc.

Erection of new 33kV CT (3 core) with help of direct pole/ manually at 33kV capacitor bank feeder bay, complete work including all labour, T&P and material etc.

Erection of 33kV Bus Isolator with all accessories by alignment of male/female contacts, fixing of post insulator, adjustment of coupler pipe, fixing of chanel & also insure that proper smooth functioning of isolator, complete work including all labour and T&P etc.

Work of cabling and termination of cable and testing work of new 33kV CT as per drawing with proper dressing, ferruling, glanding and tagging, complete work including all labour, T&P and material etc.

Work of sorting, shifting of angles of various size from central store to work site.

Work of fabrication of auxiliary structure from old&used MS/GI angle scrap matrieal by cutting, welding and drilling of angles of appropriate size or as per instruction of site in charge. (Scrap GI/MS angle for structure will provided by PTCUL).

Providing & fixing of GI/ Zinc coated MS anchor nut & bolts of size (dia 25mm length 500mm) complete including all labour, material and T&P etc. (Approx. qty. 40 Nos.)

Work of excavation / removing and lavelling of earth in 33kV switch yard. work also includes grass treatment by digging cleaning and removing the root of vegitation as per site in charge.
