Content Management for digital platforms (Rate to be quoted for 1 month)
Minimum 750 approved posts per month for all departments, including both static and videos, covering content from all departments. The approved post have to be circulated to all the renowned social media platform as desired by concerned department.
Report on Sentiment Analysis (Rate to be quoted for 1 month)
Two (2) reports on sentiment analysis to be shared each month. The specific topics for measuring the sentiments to be decided and approved by concerned Department
Online Reputation Management (Rate to be quoted for 1 month)
The process to be followed: 1. Monitoring online presence through a dashboard display (complies as per Govt. norms) across Social Media platforms and identifying flags – green, red and orange. 2. Analysing comments, segregating into following flags: i. Green: Indicates positive feedback or reviews. ii. Red: Indicates negative feedback or complaints. iii. Orange: Indicates mixed feedback or neutral comments 3. Responses for Green Flag: Answering back with templated formats 4. Responses for Orange & Red Flags: Responses to be formatted & cross-checked by concerned department before getting back 5. In case of non-templated/critical comments, agency to seek suggestion from concerned department & take it forward 6. Timing to be followed: i. All flags to be raised within 2 hours (during business hours). After business hours, the flags to be raised as soon as possible. ii. All replies should be done within 24 hours of receiving the comments A comprehensive report per month that summarizes all ORM activities for the month, including key metrics, successes, challenges, and recommendations for the next month to be shared monthly
