Dismantling of Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, roof coverings & wall.

S&F 0.63mm thick Galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugations side lap, fixed with 'L' type or 'J' type or cranked hook bolts in lieu of screws and washers, in roofs, walls etc. with grade of zinc coating 275.

S&F 0.80mm thick Plain, Galvanised, mild steel sheeting in ridges, hips, valley gutters straight flashings and etc (length and girth as fixed) complete and all as specified and directed.

S & F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

All as per item No 04 here-in-before but plain steel sheet.

S & F fibre glass reinforced translucent corruggated sheeting with two corrugations side lap fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts in lieu of screw.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for.

S&F Roof trusses(framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beams, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance piece, cleats etc Fe 410-W (Gde - E - 250) Quality 'A'.

Dismantling timber scantling 40 sqcm and over in section, in any position in unframed work as in rafter, purlins etc.

M&L second class soft wood in clean sawn timber fixed in scantlings as in purlins, rafters etc.

Anodised aluminium frame for doors,windows, ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc. complete all as specified.

M&L applying two coats of synthetic enamel painting to new surfaces steel based over a coat of red oxide primer exc. 10 cm width/girth including preparation of surfaces including filling with filler where reqd all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling incl cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises.

S&F Non - skid coloured Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick sreed bedding layer in CM 1:4.

S&F glazed coloured ceramic tiles 300x200x 6 to 7mm thick as in vertical surface such as skirting, dado, etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles incl 10mm thick plastering in CM 1:3 complete all as specified.

Demolition of Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness un-reinforced (below or above ground level).

M&L 75mm thickness PCC M-10 type C-2 as in plinth protection and paving, complete all as specified.

Taking down Chowkhats or frames exc 1.5 Sqm but not exc. 4 sqm each (without taking off shutters from the frames).

All as per item No 18here in before but n.exc 1.5 sqm each.

Taking down Shutters of any description not exc 1 sqm each.

M&L 2nd class softwood Plain, solid, straight chowkats and frames, wrought, framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned at joints, supplied and fixed.

M&L 2nd class softwood 35mm thick Plain, framed, panelled shutters (any number of panels), with panels of timber flat on both sides (feather edged), or of veneered particle board medium density, wood particle board with commercial face veneers: supplied and fitted to chowkats for doors.

Anodised aluminium door shutters, aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg/ m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, ruber neoprene packing, handles 2 Nos in each door, hinges, anodised aluminum snap beading screws etc. complete all as specified.

S&F Mild steel 100mm long Butt hinges, medium weight, cold rolled mild steel, and fixed.

S&F extruded aluminium alloy handles, fabricated type, anodised 150mm long.

S & F Aluminium alloy, anodised, sliding door bolt 300mm size with hasp, staple (bolt type) and fixing clips of sheet, cast or extruded sections and fixing bolts and sliding bolts of extruded sections or cast alumimnium alloy and fixed.

S&F 9mm thick Prelaminated particle board, interior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination & other side balancing white lamination, fixed with nails to timber frame work as in walls.

M & L 6mm thick Plywood, 5 no of ply, grade BWR, type BB, fixed with nails to timber frame work as in ceilling complete.

M & L Plain fillets. exc. 13 and n.exc 25 Sq cm as in square, rectangular or triangular in section, clean sawn, secured with nails or brads.

All as per item No 49 here in before but exc 3 & n.exc 6 Sq cm in bullnosed, splayed, chamfered or rounded on one or both edges or face as in beading.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster any description incl raking out joints, hacking.

M&L for Rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:6) and finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

M&L preparing new plastered surfaces of walls and applying three coats of white wash on walls.

M&L for Rendering 12mm thick on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) with WPC and finished even and fair without using extra cement (Note : WPC will be measured and paid separately).
