Repairs to front semi elliptical spring assemblies (02 nos) comprising of eleven no. leafs with one master leaf and five graduated leafs on both sides of the master leaf for each leaf springs assembly by way of dismantling of front leaf spring assemblies from the vehicle. Dismantling of the leafs after removing the shackles, pins and center bolts .. Adjusting the camber of the master leaf spring as well as graduated after fitment of shackles at their required spots and mounting the leaf spring on the vehicle after carrying necessary repairs. The job includes cost of skilled labors, tool and tackles as required for carrying the job.

Repairs to rear semi elliptical spring assemblies (02 nos) comprising of sixteen no of leafs with one master leaf and five graduated leafs at the top and 10 graduated leaf at the bottom for each leaf springs assembly by way of dismantling of rear leaf spring assemblies from the vehicle. Dismantling of the leaf after removing the shackles ,pins and center bolts , replacement of damaged 01 No graduated leaf with new one. Addition of a graduated leaf to the leaf spring assemblies for better strength durability and shock absorbing capacity for each rear leaf spring assemblies. Adjusting the camber of the master leaf spring as well as graduated leafs after fitment of shackles at their required spots and mounting the leaf spring on the vehicle after carrying necessary repairs. The job includes cost of skilled labors, tool and tackles as required for carrying the job.

Four wheel checking of the vehicle by way of dismantling of front and rear wheel hubs from the wheels. checking of wheel studs and replacement of four nos worn out threaded studs. Dismantling of wheel bearings in front and rear and replacement with new ones dismantling of front and rear brake shoes and replacement with new ones. Replacement of 02 nos brake cylinder kits with new ones including cleaning of all other brake cylinder kits of the vehicle. Providing and fitting of new master cylinder kit,rivet kit as a replacement for damaged one. Repacking of bearing housing with fresh wheel bearing grease and assembling of all mechanical components including refitting of wheel hub to the wheels and tightening upto proper clearance through nuts and studs.

Providing and gitrting of fly wheel assembly complete including clutch bearing after removing of damaged one.

Providing and fitting of steering wheel oil

Repairs to gear assembly after dismantling of gear box by using highly skilled persons of the concerned field and then providing fitting and testing of reverse gear with seal kit packing and gear box ring

Repairs to tail door of tipper by way of replacement of damaged ISMC 100 with new one, the channel section is to be welded to the existing frame of the tail door after carrying denting of the tail door, the job includes shifting of the tail door to the workshop in a pick up van to be arranged by the firm, shifting back of the same after carrying out repairs to the tail door and fitting of the tail door to the trolley/body of the tipper

Providing and fitting of side mirror of right side of the tipper

Repairs to 12 volt self assembly of department tipper jk05B 6994 by way of disconnecting self from vehicle and then shifting to workshop for repairs and replacement. The spares to be replaced are 01. Self pinion 02. Brushes set 03. Bushes 04. Coil 05. Bearing The job shall also include reffiting of same and testing thereof.
