REPAIR TO EXTERNAL PERIODICAL SERVICES AND OTHER MISC SERVICES IN SMQ AND OTM AREA AT AF-I UNDER GE (AF) JAMNAGAR NO.2

M & L for preparation of old plastered / unplastered surfaces on ceilings including cornices, pilasters, etc and applying one coat of white wash on ceilings complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces on ceilings and applying two coatS of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old distempered surfaces of wall by washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered surfaces and applying one coat of oil bound distemper over a coat of chalk whiting with putty on walls complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of chalk whiting (putty) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L preparation of old existing treatment surfaces on wall and applying one coat of of weather proof acrylic based emulsion paint ( 100 % acrylic ) over a coat of primer including preparation of old surfaces complete all as specified and directed. Note : - Ht of bldg upto G + 2

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre / 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre / 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and directed. Note:- contractor advised to execute the work up to height of bldg G+2,

M&L for preparation of old painted wooden surface of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or grith and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel and iron surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc., complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 over PCC block masonry wall surface, finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.
