INTERCEPTION & DIVERSION WORKS AND OTHER WORKS
Excavation of earth below G.L. by manually or mechanically means for laying of sewer manholes, Gully pits, Chambers etc. in soil mixed with morum, shingle & kankar etc using of any special T&P if required including extra excavation below inverts, trimming & dressing of sides, levelling and back filling of trenches by excavated earth in 20 cm layers,watering and ramming the same including removal of surplus earth or other dismantled material up to a distance of 50 meters from the center of trenches and cleaning of site properly after completion of work.

Dismantling of flexible pavements and disposal of dismantled materials upto a lead of 100 m, stacking serviceable and unserviceable materials separately as per technical specification by manual means in bituminous courcses as per direction of Engg-in-Charge.
Dismantling of cement concrete pavements by mechanical means using pneumatic tools breaking to pieces not exceeding 0.02 cum in volume and stock piling at designated locations and disposal of dismantled materials upto a lead of 50 m, stacking serviceable and unserviceable materials separately as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.
Disposal of surplus earth / dismantelled malba outside the Municipal Limit - 8 km from site of work as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Cartage of excavated earth from site to the place as directed by Engineer-In-Charge by head load upto a distance of 60m.

Supply of all material, labour and T&P to provide the barricading along trench during excavation and laying of pipe with eucalyptus ballies of 100mm dia in horizontal section in two rows and vertical post of 125 mm dia at 2 m C/C fastened with Nariyal rope including provision of caution board.
Supplying and Laying, jointing of following diameter Ductile Iron (DI) K-7 S&S pipes conforming to IS:8329 with rubber gaskets to site of works, lowering the same to the trenches below ground level true to alignment making the joins with approved EPDM quality of rubber gasket including cost of all jointing materials and testing etc complete including required bends & specials etc whatsoever as required for proper completion of work.

STP#1 Near New Bus Stand 3.50MLD (Existing)- Up-gradation of STP for new CPCB Parameters given in Contract Data Sheet, Design, Construction, Supply, Erection, Installation & commissioning of additional and existing Civil, Mechanical, Electricals, and Instrumentation works given in Contract Data Sheet Sewage Treatment Plant on DBOT basis.
PROCESS DESIGN ENGINEERING AND DRAWINGS :- Process & Instrumentation Diagrams, Flow Charts, Hydraulic Diagram and Complete Process Design, Site Layout Plan and Site Grading Plan, Single line Diagrams, Control Philosophy & Basic Electrical and Instrumentation Drawings, Preparation of “QA” and construction procedure manual along with “Test Plan”, Civil and Mechanical General Arrangement Drawings, Architectural Drawings, Structural Designs and Drawings and Construction Drawings, Mechanical and Piping data sheets and Drawings, Detailed Electrical and Instrumentation and control Systems, Drawings and datasheets including PLC and SCADA, Ancillary Works and Non-Technology Structural Drawings including roads and drainage and compound wall bypass + treated effluent RCC drain, external electrification plans, including vetting of drawings from reputed institute like IIT, etc.As-Built Drawings, Operation and Maintenance Manuals and Training Program and Manuals, etc. complete (To be submitted in 6 Nos. sets in hard copy + 2 soft copies).
All Civil, Mechanical and Electrical & Instrumentation works for Upgradation of Existing 3.50Mld STP and 3Months Testing & Commissioning for STP- This Item includes Site development works and Construction of RCC plateform, boundry wall, approach road/path and other civil structure as per site requirement, depending upon proposed technology and considering protection of structures and machinery from High Flood Level of adjcent River Alaknanda. Including supply of machines & equipment, erection of equipment, civil, electro mechanical and instrumentation control works with transformer & DG set of required capacity complete for commissioning of STP including testing & commissioning and trial run of 3Months.
