Repairs, overhauling and servicing of SMC 6-65 of 20 TR capacity AC Plant compressor by stripping out both end covers, cylinder head, cylinders, connecting rod, crank shaft, oil pump, side covers, bush bearings etc.,and refrigerant taking the cylinder for reuse (if available) of unserviceable worn out parts in the compressor, cleaning the system with CO2/Nitrogen gas for leak detection for minimum 24 Hrs, after flushing out the system, vacuumization and charging with refrigerant gas & compressor oil and testing the unit on no load and full load conditions all as specified and directed. [Make : ACCEL] [Note:- Supply only refrigerant gas, compressor oil and spare parts for the compressors shall be measured and paid under relevant items of Schedule ’A’]

Material and labour for descaling the following condensers by using HCL acid with continuous circulation method using circulation pump, finally neutralizing with fresh water, opening both end covers of shell and tube condensers, cleaning of copper tubes manually by using nylon brushes, re-fixing the end covers with new neoprene rubber gaskets, commissioning after complete performance test of the system all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for checking the complete refrigeration system of the AC plant, leak testing with CO2 gas under constant pressure of 250 PSI after complete transfer of refrigerant gas from the entire system, rectification of leakages including cutting and brazing the refrigeration pipes wherever required, replacement of "O" rings, teflon washers of valves, copper tubing, flare nuts etc., neutralizing after the pressure hold good for at least 24 hours vacuumization of system, testing and commissioning of following air conditioning plants: [Note : Refrigerant gas shall be measured and paid separately].

Material labour for taking out defective shaft seal assembly, supply and fix new shaft seal assembly suitable for the following capacities of compressors all as specified and directed:

Material and labour for preparation of surfaces by scrapping and removing rusted portion with wire brush and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint for complete refrigeration system, in-let/out-let pipe lines, compressor unit, condenser pump set, control LT panel board duct covers, cooling tower stand including lettering & numbering and applying one coat of white/colour wash to chiller pipe line all as specified and directed

Material and labour for complete checking, servicing/ rectification of electrical circuits for all units and control wiring showing phase sequence with proper lugging of AC plant control panel including replacement of fused indication lamps with new ones, cleaning of all power contacts, rectification of minor defects in Ammeters and Voltmeters, testing and commissioning all as specified and directed. [Note :- Material such as indication lamp, ammeter, voltmeter shall be measured and paid separately.]

Supply and fix in repairs pilot solenoid valve to the refrigerant system, reconnecting the refrigeration piping including ,leak testing, brazing to the pipe line, necessary copper tubing etc., wherever required all as directed Make :- Sporlon/Donfos

Supply and fix pressure gauge for suction/discharge refrigerant lines and water lines of square/round type 2"/4" dial for the following ranges for Package/Central type AC plants including taking down old unserviceable pressure gauge complete all as specified directed [Make -Air Master/Febig/Scientific]

0-150 PSI for refrigerant line

Material and labour for taking out the following defective pressure cut-outs of any range and model and supply & fix new pressure cut-outs, connecting the pressure lines / control wiring, leak testing and commissioning all as specified and directed [Make:-Indofoss/Danfoss/Ranco]

Material and labour for monthly cleaning of entire indoor substation buildings inside wall, ceiling, floor and outside wall, plinth protection with suitable brush/broom/wiper, removing wild vegitation around substation building complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix rubber insulating mat in front of LT panel board of size 2 mm thick, 1 m width up tp 3.3 KV, make RPG or equivalent as approved by GE.

Supply only indication lamps (LED type) red, yellow and blue in colours of 22.5 mm dia to monitor on LT panel board suitable for 240 V AC supply and taking down unserviceable indication lamps all as specified and directed. [Make:- Siemens/C&S/schneider/ABB]

Material and labour for taking out the worn out tyre coupling from the compressor motor, supply and fix new tyre coupling for compressor motor, tightening of all nuts and bolts, alignment, testing for trouble tree functioning without vibration all as specified and directed. [Make:-Fenner]

Taking down existing corroded/ unserviceable portion of MS flat/angle iron supports/ channels of various sizes fitted in electrical panels in AC plants and supply & fix MS flat/ angle iron including necessary bolting/ welding etc., all as as specified and directed.

De-carbonizing/cleaning of LT 415/380 V, 3 phase bus bar, bus bar chambers of LT panels electrical connections complete, LT ACB, switch fuse unit arrangement, in-coming and out-going installed in gallery/ jetty /sub-station and cleaning the bus bar with CTC, applying, Backtol (red) solution to the bus bar insulators, checking all the connections, tightening the nuts, bolts, thimbles duly applied with petroleum jelly to nuts, bolts and thimbles of in-coming and out-going system complete including replacement of defective rusted bolts, nuts and spring washers with new cadmium coated ones all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix push buttons (red & green) and reconnecting the control wiring, testing including taking out old unserviceable push button complete all as specified and directed. [Make : L & T /HPL/Havells/ Schinider]
