The intending Consultants / Bidder should have achieved a minimum financial turnover of not less than the estimated annual payments i.e., Rs. 100.00 Lakhs in at least two financial years during the last 5 financial years duly updating the financial turnover at 10% per annum reckoned back from 2024-25(i.e., work executed during 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25 will be considered).. Audited Profit and Loss account certified by a practicing Chartered Accountant along with copy of Income Tax returns filed for the years indicated above should be furnished. The Financial Statement shall be certified by a practicing chartered accountant bearing UDI number generated on UDI portal of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, and the same shall be counter checked on the ICAI portal.

The intending Consultants / Bidder should have satisfactorily completed as a prime contractor, at least one similar work costing not less than 50% of the amount put to tender Rs. 50.00 Lakhs during last 5 financial years reckoned back from 2024-25 (i.e., work executed during 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25 will be considered). The work done certificate should be issued by an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer of the concerned Division / Equivalent officer and counter signed by the Superintending Engineer of the same circle / next higher officer. The cost will be updated to the present value by giving a weightage of 10% per annum, if the work is completed prior to the year 2024-25. Note One similar work means Construction/ Operation & Maintenance of Amusement water parks/other entertainment projects, at least one project for Government/Quasi Government/private registered company, having area of 3 Acres or Water Park with 5 major slides i.e.,(0.80 x 3 Acres x 12)/12 equal to 2.40 round of to 3 Acre/ 5 Major slides).

Description of Methodology The Bidder/Company should submit the approach / work plan and methodology shall clearly define the Consultants / Bidder approach to complete the assignment within the time frame. a. Collection of Entry fees with Advanced Digital payment method. b. The bidder shall present his ideas and methodology about Procedures to be carried and Staff deployment and details about the Operation & maintenance of Water Park.

Personnel including skills and competencies The Bidder/Company should have and deploy the following key personnel/man power for the assignment. Bio data of individual key personnel signed by the individual member shall be furnished Position Requirement Life Guards/ Swimming helper/Care taker A Life Guards/Swimming helper/Care taker with a minimum of 3years experience in the relevant field All together Thirty One Person (31Nos)b. Manager / Assistant Manager/Cashier Stenographer Store Keeper Receptionist. A Manager/Assistant Manager/Cashier Stenographer Store Keeper Receptionist with a minimum of 3years experience in the relevant field All together Twelve Person (12Nos) c. Electrician, Engine Driver, Machine Operator, Pump Driver A Electrician, Engine Driver, Machine Operator, Pump Driver with a minimum of 3years experience in the relevant field All together Three Person (03Nos). The consent letters of key personnel/man power to be part of the above assignment should be enclosed. Not enclosing of consent letters will automatically result in non-applying the Marks

Transfer of knowledge program(training)The Suitability of the transfer of knowledge program (training) to the KBJNL Staff / Next O & M agency shall clearly define the Consultants approach to complete the assignment within the time frame
