Repair to H.L Bridge over Ratnachira on N.J. Sadak to Gaudakera in the District of Puri for the year 2025-26.

Dismantling & removing R.C.C columns , beams, slab, stair case landing, lintels including stacking the useful materials for reuse & removing the debris within 50m lead with cost of all labour T&P etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of RCC railing of M30 Grade in situ with 20mm nominal size aggregate,true line to line and grade tolerance of vertical RCC post not to exceed 1 in 500,center to center spacing between vertical post not to exceed 2000m leaving adequate space between vertical post for expansion complete as per approved drawings and technical specification.

12mm thick cement plaster in C.M. proportion (1:4) using good coarse river sand of aproved quality finished smooth over brick masonary after racking out joints including watering & curing with cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of all materials & labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-incharge.

Painting two coats including prime coat with paint over a coat of primer over the epoxy paint approved brand on concrete/steel including cost of Paints, brushes etc. including cost , conveyance , taxes of all materials with all labour and T&P articles required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer in charge .

Clearing & grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation , grass, bushes,shrubs, saplings & trees girth upto 300 mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier & disposal of unserviceable materials by manual means & stacking of serviciable materials to be used or acutioned, upto a lead of 1000 m including removal & disposal of top organic soils not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per technical specification clause 210 & as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of un-reinforced , dowel jointed at expansion and construction only, plain concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M-30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the form work as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion and construction joints, applying sealant, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days, curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts & leads, transporting to site by mechanical means within a lead of 5 kms, spreading, grading to required slope & compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2 & clause 305 of MoSRT&H specifications forRoad & Bridge works (4th Revision)

Supplying and fixing 15cm dia 1.00m long guard posts of RCCM-15 using 7.5 Kg of steel for each guard post with 20mm size H.G (c.B) chips including cost of all reinforcement and materials centering shuttering and watering carrying etc, complete.
