Erection of the following supports including cutting, making holes, fixing of all types of accessories digging of pits complete in all respect, as per RESSPO drawing. All types of clamps, stone pad, nut, bolt washers would be provided by the contractor.
Cable Exposer double pole structure on S.T. Pole 11mtr long complete with bracing.
Concreting of supports in 1:4:8 ratio and plinthing of supports upto 300mm above ground level by using cement ,brick ballast and sand in ratio 1:4:8 as per RESSPO drawing with watering/curing properly upto proper setting of plinthing.All matrial would be provided by the contractor.
Earthing of each S.T Poles of the line is to be done by inserting the MS earth rod (1800x20mm) into soil by hammering and properly fastning with GI wire to each support by nut & bolt. Earthing rod must be 0.15Mtr.above from the plinth of the support. All type nut & bolt would be given by the contractor.
Painting of following supports with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of aluminum white paint of ISI mark and top danger portion of each support must be painted by providing two coat of Post Office Red Paint (1.5mtr upper portion of support.) Paint and material would be given by contractor to complete the job.
Double Pole of S.T Pole .for cable exposer
Laying of single circuit 33 KV 3X120 Sq. mm XLPE cable in normal soil by digging of trench 1050 mm deep, 750 mm wide including supply of required material as fine sand, 1st class bricks, stone slab. Inter axial spacing between the two cable should be in between 0.25 m to 0.40m including fixing of cable route marker with difference of 50 mtr. at time of cable laying with complete engraved details of 33 KV Line and depth of 33 KV cable. (All the material required for laying will be supplied by the contractor except 33 KV XLPE cable)
Cable laying by drill method in single circuit
Single CKT cable laying by drill method in HDPE Pipe including cost of material 160 mm OD PN-4 PE-80 grade UV stabilized HDPE Pipe as per IS: 4984 (EXCEPT CABLE)
Hoisting of 33 KV 3X120 Sq. mm. XLPE cable on double pole with MS pipe of size 6" dia 3 M long including its jumpering complete with clamps, nuts and bolts.
