Sand cushioning to protection of underground cables, laid 8 Cm before laying and 15 Cm after laying of cable, and punned to form an overall layer of 18 Cms thick, complete all as specified and directed Note: Punned thickness shall be measured.

Unreinforced precast concrete cable covers class HV, type 1, flat of size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm including taking out old cover, complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel galvanised iron tubing light grade for cable protection as in road crossing, along poles, walls, floors, drain of 80mm size fixed with MS clamps, nuts and bolts required complete all as specified and directed.

Renewal of drop out fuse unit, expulsion type for outdoor air break gang operated switch, single pole, mounted on and including insulators for 11 KV working pressure, fixed to and including MS channels with nuts, bolts & washers etc, synthetic bounded fuse tube complete with line capacity suitable for current carrying capacity upto 100 Amps including taking out old fuse unit all as specified and directed.

Renewal of vertical type air break switch, gang operated, tripple pole, mechnically operated, outdoor type, with all fittings and accessories mounted on and including HT 11 KV porcelain insulators and steel channel frame, GI operating rod 25 mm dia of suitable length to worked from ground, including locking arrangements , suitable for 11000 volts, 400 Amps current rating complete including dismantling existing air break switch all as specified and as directed.

Cutting/ trimming of tree branches clearing 5 metres horizontal and 5 metres vertical distance from both sides of HT conductor including removing branches from site, complete all as specified & directed. Note:- (i) Clearing branches from both sides of conductor in between two consequtive poles shall be considered as one span irrespective of distance between poles. (ii) Cost of T&P required for cutting and removing branches shall be deemed to be included in rate quoted by bidder.

Renewal of lightning arresters (Set of three) expulsion type complete with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity 65 kilo amp for 11000 volts including taking out old unservicable arrester and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

Carrying out calibration of HT VCB switchgear 800/630/400 Amps, and 11 KV HT RMU SF6 VCB breaker all as per OEM instructions (Make:ALSTOM/Yamuna power/ CG/ AREVA /ABB) after taking proper shut down and disconnecting the cables from panel and VCB Breakers, calibration of over fault relay, earth fault relay, checking of alignment of VCB isolating contacts, servicing of operating mechanism including tripping and closing system of the breakers, dehydrating, decorbonising of panel, bus section & circuit section including incoming/outgoing cable and necessary HT insulation at joints. M&L for complete rewinding of unserviceable off load burnt transformer of HV copper coil and LV copper coil using proper size DPC super enameled copper winding wire of appropriate guage and grade,with insulation material suitable for 11/0.433 KV transformer capacity upto 250 KVA including repair/replacement of damaged core also taking out carefully burnt unserviceable copper winding of coils & core complete all as specified and directed.
