VRCC M- 20 Nominal mix (Cement:fine aggregate: coarse aggregate) corresponding to Table 9 of IS 456 using 20mm size graded machine crushed hard granite metal (coarse aggregate) from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate (sand) coarse aggregate, water etc., to site including all operational, incidental and labour charges such as machine mixing, laying concrete, curing etc.,complete but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work.

Supply and fixing of 20mm dia 0.60 m long mild steel foundation bolt with necessary thread, bolts, nuts and washers and placing them in position including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work.

Vibrated Cement concrete (M 20) Nominal Mix using 66.67% 40mm metal and 33.33% 20mm HBG/HBT Mechine Crushed metal brought from approved source using concrete mixer

Plastering with C.M (1:5) 12 mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site from approved sources, including providing and removing necessary scaffolding of all materials, labour charges, curing with all water leads and finishing smooth to perfect plumb including all other incidental and operational charges etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed during execution by departmental officers.

Supply, fixing and errection of R.S. Joist columns ISMB of size of 150x80mm 3.00 Mts long @ 14.90 Kg/Per Mt. welded with base plate of size 300x300x10mm top and bottom and necessary gusset plate etc., including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges, fixing, welding charges etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge for finished item of work.

Fabriacation, supply and fixing of M.S. Tubular Roof Trusses of 18.45 Mtrs Span using 100x100x2.90mm pipes for top and bottom chords, 60x60x2.90mm pipes zigzag members with 300 x 300 x 10mm base plates and 150 x 100 x 6mm cleats for fixing purlins and 100 x 100 x 6mm for cleats for Tie Runners, joint plates 100 x 100 x 8mm and gusset plates as per drawings including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all labour charges for fabrication and errection etc., complete for finished item of work.

Rectangular roof purlins of size 80 x 40 x 2.90 mm of 3.00m long by welding of size 200mm x 50mm x6mm cleats bolt sides of the pipe in position with necessary bolts, nuts, washers including Cost of pipe, welding, cutting and loading, unloading charges etc., complete as per Standard Specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge for finished item of work.

Tie Runner of size 50 x 50 x 2.90 mm of 3.00m long by welding of size 100mm x 100mm x6mm cleats bolt sides of the pipe in position with necessary bolts, nuts, washers including Cost of pipe, welding, cutting and loading, unloading charges etc., complete as per Standard Specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge for finished item of work.

Roofing With 0.5mm thick galvanized /pre painted G.I profiled sheets with crimp of 200mm length fixed to the purlins With 14 size self drilling with neoprene washer Side laps are stiched with self tapping drilling screws .End laps are to be sealed with 25x3 mm Butyl tape .the sheets are provided with anti capillary groove.including cost and labour charges etc., complete as per standard specification for finished item of work.

Painting with best synthetic enamel paint of 1st quality in 2 coats of approved color and maker over primary coat including brushes to have an even shade including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges and all incidental and Operational Charges etc., complete as per standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting to new walls with 2 coats of acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and shade over a base coat of approved cement primer grade I making making 3 coats in all to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc. complete for finished item of work as per SS 912 for external walls for:-External Colouring
