M&L for complete removal of existing treatment and preparing of old plastered or un plastered surface of walls and applying two coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment and preparation of old surface plastered or unplastered and applying two coat of white wash on ceiling complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surface of exterior wall by removing existing treatment with mechanical sander (rpm 1500-2700) along with internal dust extraction system for clean environment certified by reputed paint manufacturers, then washing the surface with Bleaching powder solution for treatment of fungal growth and applying two coats of exterior anti fungal acrylic emulsion paint (wallmista of Berger paint or equitant in Asian paint, Nerolac etc having three years of performance warranty) over a coat of exterior water based primer of same make all as specified and prescribed by manufacture of paint and as directed at site by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- (i) The old surface must be prepared in a manner so that there should not be any impression of dent and it should be made even all as per manufacture instruction before application of distemper. The cost of materials, labour & T&P required for preparation of surface are demand to be included in the rates quoted. (ii). The work must be got executed through authorised applicator of manufacture after concluding an MoU with manufacture for company back guarantee by the contractor. The authorised applicator of manufacturer shall be got approved from GE/ AGE (I) before commencement of work. (iii). All the material to be incorporated in the work shall be brought by contractor to MES store yard which will be subsequently issued by deportment for incorporation in the work to ensure the quantity to be consumed all as per recommendation of manufacture. (iv). after carrying out preparation of surface the same shall be got approved from GE /AGE (I) before application of distemper for each building. (v). The colour / shade will be all as approved by GE / AGE (I) (vi) The cost of Scaffolding wherever required are deemed to be included in the rates quoted by the contractor

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of external wall all as prescribed by manufacture of paint and applying two coats of exterior anti fungal acrylic emulsion paint (walmista of Berger paint or equitant in Asian paint, Nerolac etc having three years of performance warranty) over a coat of exterior water based primer of same make all as specified and prescribed by manufacture of paint and as directed at site by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- 1. Removing old paint by paint removers or burning off by blow lamps and cleaning with scrapers, any number of coats, any wiidth or girth and preparation of previously untreated wood and wood based sufaces of any description not othrwise described over 10 cms width or girth and applying two coat of symthetic enamel paint (any tint) Ist quality complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for prepration of old / new plastered surfaces of wall and applying a layer of 3 mm thick Birla / JK. wall care putty complete all as specified an directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster of any description including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removing unserviceable material,outside of A 1 defence land complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for Rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:6 on brick or concrete surfaces finished even & fair complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Rendering 15 mm thick in two layers i.e. Ist layer 10mm thick in CM 1:6 and IInd layer 5mm thick in CM 1:4 using water proofing liquid compound as per manufacturer's instructions on other than fair faces brick or concrete surfaces and finishing surfaces even & fair complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Water proofing liquid compound shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound.ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.
