Supply & delivery of cubical type L.T. Distribution panel board of suitable size, wall mounted compartmentalized with maple arrangement having rigid & self supporting structure fabricated of 16 SWG M.S. CRCA sheet steel with M/S angle frame & painting by two coat of approved paint over one coat of Red lead primer as per G.S. The all inter-connection from busber to switches by 50mm x 6 mm copper bar & including of fore pole Terminal for outgoing of all switches. The panel board consisting of the following switches as per dierction of E.I.C. INCOMMER :-(A) S&F of 415V 250A FN-TPN SDF suitable for bolted fuse link of open execution with 3nos 250A HRC fuses bolted type etc. (Make L&T) - 01no (B) 500V 600 Amp capacity 4 bar copper busbar chamber with eletrolytic tinned copper ber suppported on non-hygroscopic insulating porceline chair etc. - 01 no (C) S&F of LED pilot lamp with back up fuse with inter connection (RYB colour)- 3 nos (L&T) OUTGOING :- (a) S&F of 415V 125A FN-TPN SDF suitable for bolted fuse link of open execution with 3nos 125A HRC fuses bolted type etc. (Make L&T) - 03 nos (b) S&F of 415V 63A FN-TPN SDF suitable for bolted fuse link of open execution with 3nos 63A HRC fuses bolted type etc. (Make L&T) - 01 no (d) S/F of digital suitable range of Voltmeter & Ammeter including S&F of suitable renge of 3 nos CT with niter connection etc. (L&T cat no- WDS10FEV00 for volt meter & for Ammeter WDS301FCA00)

Supply & delivery of 4 core 120 sq.mm. sizes of PVC/XLPE/Al/Ar cable at site . (Make - Polycab/ Gloster/ KEI) (From WBSEDCL source to Main Panel)

Supply & delivery of 4 core 50 sq.mm. sizes of PVC/XLPE/Al/Ar cable at site . (Make - Polycab/ Gloster/ KEI) (From Main Panel to VTPNDB of each Floor)

Laying of cable from 4 core 50 sqmm on wall/surface incl. S & F MS saddles with earthing attachment in 2x 10 SWG GI (Hot Dip) Wire, making holes etc. as necy., mending good damages and painting.

Laying of one No. 4 core 120 sqmm cable in underground trench 460mm wide x 760mm average depth, with brick protection on the top of the cable with 8 (eight) Nos. bricks per Mtr. including filling the space between the bricks and cable and also the trenchwith shifted soil, leveling up and restoring surface duly rammed

Supplying and fixing 240/415 V MCB of Breaking capacity 10kA & C characteristics on din rail of existing DBs and necessary connection etc. (Make - Legrand/ ABB/ Crabtree)d) 6A-16 A SPMCB (for SPNBDB outgoing)

Cutting Channel of size (43 mm x 43 mm) on masonry wall by Electric operated cutting machine incl. supplying & fixing heavy gauge 25 mm, 3 mm thick Polythene pipe by means of anchoring chemical (Hilti/Sika) and GI 'U' hooks of 8 SWG incl. supplying and drawing 18 SWG GI wire as Fish wire and mending good damages to original finish by using own tools and tackles -- a) 25 mm dia 3 mm thick polythene pipe without earth continuity wire.

Supplying and Drawing 1.1 KV single core stranded 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed single core stranded copper wire (Brand approved by EIC) of the following sizes in the prelaid polythene pipe and by the prelaid GI fish wire and making necy. connection as required ---- a) 4 x 84/0.3 (6 sqmm) + 2 x 56/0.3 (4 sqmm) ECC (For VTPNDB to AC TPNDB)

Cutting Channel of size (31 mm x 31 mm) on RCC plastered ceiling by Electric operated cutting machine incl. supplying & fixing heavy gauge 13 mm, 3 mm thick Polythene pipe by means of anchoring chemical (Hilti/Sika) and GI 'U' hooks of 8 SWG incl. supplying and drawing 18 SWG GI wire as Fish wire and mending good damages to original finish by using own tools and tackles --- a) 19 mm dia 3 mm thick polythene pipe without earth continuity wire.

Supplying and Drawing 1.1 KV single core stranded 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed single core stranded copper wire (Brand approved by EIC) of the following sizes in the prelaid polythene pipe and by the prelaid GI fish wire and making necy. connection as required - a) 2 x 56/0.3 (4 sqmm) + 1 x 22/0.3 (1.5 sqmm) (For AC machine Power Line)

b) 2 x 84/0.3 (6 sqmm) + 1 x 56/0.3 (4 sqmm) ECC (For VTPNDB/UPS to SPNDB and VTPN to UPS incomming)

c) 2 x 56/0.3 (4 sqmm) + 1 x 36/0.3 (2.5 sqmm) ECC (From UPS outgoing to SPNBDB each floor 2 nos)

d) 2x36/0.3 (2.5 sqmm) + 1x22/0.3 (1.5 sqmm) as ECC (For computer power board)

Distn. wiring in 22/0.3 (1.5 sqmm) single core stranded 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed single core stranded copper wire (Brand approved by EIC) in 19 mm bore, 3 mm thick polythen pipe complete with all accessories embedded in wall to light/fan/call bell points with Modular type switch (Brand approved by EIC) fixed on Modular GI switch board with top cover plate flushed in wall incl. mending good damages to original finish (2x22/0.3 (Ph. & N) and 1x22/0.3 as ECC) --- a) Average run 8 mtr
