Demolition including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials within 100 metres lead - Brick work

Dismantling, clearing away and carefully stacking materials useful for re-use - Flat stones in roof or floors including lifting

Demolishing and disposal of unserviceable materials within 100 metres lead in unreinforced cement concrete up to 150 mm thick

Filling of foundations and basement with best river sand in layers of not more than 15 cms. Thick each well watered to saturation and consolidated including cost and conveyance of all materials, incidental charges etc. complete.

Cement Concrete (1:4:8) using 40mm (0.54 cum) and 20mm (0.27 cum) and 12mm (0.09 cum) nominal size hard broken granite crushed metal from any source conforming to the relevant ISI standards for foundations etc., laid in layer of not more than 15cm thick well compacted including curing machine mixing, cost and conveyance of all materials etc., complete.

Cement Concrete (1:3:6)- using 20 mm ( 0.54 cu.m) and 12 mm (0.36cu.m) nominal size hard broken granite crushed metal from any source conforming to the relevant ISI standards for foundations etc., laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well including curing, ,machine mixing, cost and conveyance of all materials etc., complete. Note: Measurement boxes shall be used for measuring the quantities of cement, aggregate and water required for the given concrete mix.

Construction of brick masonry in CM (1:6) using well burnt bricks 2nd class or ground moulded (Non- modular or traditional size) (230 x 110 x 70 mm) including curing, cost and conveyance of all materials as directed during execution and complying with standard specification.

Finishing the sides of walls with 1st quality glazed red or white full body ceramic wall tiles of size 300 X 600 mm and thickness between 6-8 mm conforming to IS:13711, IS:13712, IS:13630 (Parts 1 to 15) of any colour and finish in all shades and designs of approved colour and brands including pointing the joints with the same colour of cement by mixing the same colour pigment in white cement and over a bed of CM (1:3), 12 mm thick & cement slurry of 33 Kg /10 sq.m shall be used for fixing bed tiles including cost and conveyance of all materials, curing, incidental charges etc., complete (No separate plastering shall be paid to the walls). (Note: Unless otherwise laying of flooring is finished, no pre-payment shall be made for the tiles against supply)

Flooring with antiskid / non-skid red or white full body ceramic floor tiles 1st quality of Size 300 mm X 300 mm and thickness between 7-8 mm and 1st quality conforming to IS:13711, IS:13712, IS:13630 (Parts 1 to 15) of any colour and finish in all shades and series (as per manufacture specification) set over base coat of cement mortar (1:6) 20 mm thick over CC bed already laid or RCC roof slab, including white cement slurry of honey like consistency spread @ 3.30 kgs per sq.m. jointed with neat cement to full depth mixed with pigment of matching shade, including cost and conveyance of all materials like flooring slab, cement, sand and water etc., complete, for finished item of work.

Supply and fixing of 10 mm wide PVC edge beading including cost and conveyance of all materials and incidental charges, etc., complete.

Providing and fixing factory made solid Wood Polymer Composite (WPC) single extruded door frame section of size 45 X 75 mm, with encapsulation of 8 mm rigid layer on all the six surfaces. The door frame will have a rebate of 32 mm. The two vertical members are to be joined together with the horizontal member using 8 X 50 mm long MS Star full thread screws to be used with reverse forward speed control hand drilling machine. The ready/ assembled door frame is to be fixed to the wall using hold fast or bolt fasteners. A minimum of 4 No.s of screws to be provided for each vertical member & minimum 2 No.s for horizontal member.

Providing and fixing 28 - 30 mm thick solid Wood Polymer Composite (WPC) single extruded door shutter with 3 mm top and bottom rigid layer with an overall density of 750kg/ Cum. It shall be fixed to the frame using 3 inch /4 inch hinges. Minimum of 4 hinges are to be fixed for fixing the door with the frame.

Providing, supplying & fixing of Fixed Louvered Ventilator made out of multi chambered uPVC sections with Glazing bead shall be co-extruded with Grey colour soft PVC. having isolated drainage and reinforced with Galvanized Iron profiles throughout the window. The outer frame having an overall size of 60 mm x 55 mm x 2.40 with reinforcement of 1 mm thickness and Mullion with overall size of 74 mm x 60 mm x 2.40 mm with reinforcement of 1 mm thickness. (Composition of profile shall consists a minimum of 5.5 PHR of TiO2 and not more than 12 PHR of CaCo3 for every 100 parts of PVC resin).Ventilator shall be provided with 4.5 mm Pin Head glass, standard hardware. Wall thickness of frame & Mullion shall be 2.4 mm.,including cost and conveyance of all materials, accessories, labour charges for transportation, erection at site complete for finished item of work.

Supplying and fixing in position M.S Ornamental grills for windows and ventilators or for veranda openings using MS Flats, square rods, angles sheets etc., of approved design including necessary cuttings, bending fabrication, welding, grinding and finishing smooth including painting the grills with two coats with synthetic enamel paint over a primary coat (Red oxide metal primer) (total three coats) of approved make and colour including cost of making the holes in to RCC or masonry works and making good the same wherever necessary, including cost and conveyance of all materials, incidental charges etc., complete.
