Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Labour for fitting and fixing G.I. pipes for under ground work including cost of jointing materials, cutting pipes,making threads etc. complete in all respect including cutting trenches upto 1.5 metre below surface in all sorts of soil and refilling the same as directed with two coats of painting to G.I. pipes and specials with bituminous paint.
