RequiredThe contractor belonging to the CAT-II A shall be the domicile of the state of Karnataka for more than 10 years. Hence Relevant Domicile certificate of bidder shall be scanned and attached to e-tender document.

RequiredTo qualify for award of the respective contract each tenderer in his name should have in the last five years period i.e., from 2020-21 to 2024-25, Achieved in at least One financial years a minimum financial turnover in all classes of civil engineering construction works only of value usually not less than the estimated cost under this contract for works.

Eligibility Criteria

Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/other reserved category as prescribed in the tender document.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

The contractor shall furnish the additional performance security amount equal to the difference between the amount put to tender and quoted amount in the form of DD,Bankers cheque, FDR in favour of Executive Engineer, KBJNL, Sonthi LI Division Khanapur Payable at SBI Khanapur The scanned copy of the APS shall be uploaded in the kppp portal. The original copy of the DD, bankers cheques FDR for APS should be furnished to the Division at the time of signing of Agreement
