Notes- Applicable for all items:- (a) Establishment of complaint cell:- (i) Complaints cells will be established at each residential/RWAs/Colony and OTM Accommodation (As per locations given by Engineer-in Charge/GE). The numbers of complaints cells in the ibid contract will be 05 only. (ii) Contractors will deploy manpower/tradesman with requisite tool & plant for smooth functioning of all complaint cells under subject work. The details per complaint cell is as given below :- (aa) Data Entry Operator - 01 per complaint cell. (ab) Attendant - 01 per complaint cell. (ac) Supervisor - As required for management of all the complaint cells under subject tender in consultation with GE/Engr-in charge. (ad) Tradesmen & Helpers - As required for management of all the complaint cells under subject tender in consultation with GE/Engr-in-Charge and will be present in all complaints cells. The numbers of the tradesman shall be adequate to address all the complaints on daily basis. (ae) The Data Entry Operators, Attendants and Supervisors will be deployed from 9AM to 5 PM on all complaint cells to manage the complaints cell.

Notes- Applicable for all items:- (a) Establishment of complaint cell (Contd):- (iii) The contractor will provide compatible computer system, printers, peripheral, consumables, internet connection/Dongle for each complaint cell alongwith requisite furniture for functioning of complaint cell and storage of store as required. (iv) The complaints in the cell will be received through complaint register / site orders book / Verbally / Telephonically / WhatsApp / Mobile / ARMAAN or any other mode/system as evolved and intimated by JE/Engr-in-Charge. The contractor shall take immediate action to register and attend all the complaints. (v) The complaints will be addressed through complaint slips and contractors will prepare abstract of all the complaints received and action taken thereof on daily basis and will submit to JE/Engr-in-Charge. (vi) Feedback :- Complaint slip will be having a feedback system from user which will be obtained for each complaint and will be compiled daily and submitted by contractors to JE/Engr-in-Charge.

Notes- Applicable for all items:- (vii) Dress Code:- (aa) Deployed manpower/tradesmen to attend and resolve the complaint shall wear proper uniform. Dress code for plumber, carpenter, scavenger and Electrician etc. shall be approved by Engr-in-Charge with monogram/badges which shall be fixed on the dress. (ab) The number of workers shall be increased based upon number of complaints and quantum of work involved during working hours as decided by JE/Engr-in-Charge.

Notes- Applicable for all items:- (viii) T&P :- (aa) The contractor is responsible to provide all T& P to all the manpower deployed, items such as Drill Machines, cutters, welding machines, scaffoldings etc as and when required at site. (ab) Any other misc works/services connected with user facilitation as per direction of Engr-in-Charge. (ac) The responsibility of taking the tradesmen to complaint site will be of contractor. (ix) Sign Boards :- For each complaint cell, adequate flex sign board of approved size will be placed in complaint cell by contractor. The content of the flex board will be approved by Engr-in-Charge/GE.

Notes- Applicable for all items:- (b) Penalty Clause Contractors will pay penalty on account of non addressal of complaints in given time frame and quality of feedback as per matrix given below. The penalty will be levied by Engr-in-Charge/GE after ascertaining the quality feedback given by user and time taken to address the complaints and justifiable delay, if any. For the same adequate tradesman and helper of lack type etc will be made available in each complaint cell by the contractor. (d) All above aspects shall deemed to have been included in the quoted price by the contractor. (e) Recovery on non wearing of uniform :- The employee and labourers engaged by the contractor under this contract shall wear neat and clean uniforms as approved by Engineer-in-Charge along with name badges, else recovery shall be made @ Rs 100/- per person per day. (f) The quoted rates shall be deemed to be included of all provisions mentioned above. The decision of accepting officer in this regard shall be final and binding and without prejudice to all. No claim/representation shall be entertained in the subject matter.

Notes- Applicable for all items:- (g) Cost of T&P (Incl Ladders) , misc sundry materials , Labours , dresses for labours ,& other safety gears as required shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates by the contractor for the respective items. (h) The adequet no of workers as required per day to address the day to day maintenance works shall be deployed by contractor. (a) Highly Skilled Plumber/Pipe Fitter (b) Highly Skilled Carpenter (c) Mazdoor/Helper for Pipe Fitter & Carp - (d) Highly Skilled Mason with one Helper - (As & when required) (e) Highly Skilled Welder with one Helper - (As & when required) (f) Highly Skilled Electrician (g) sewer man

Attending and checking complaints for plumbing work (leaking/unserviceable of All types of sanitary fittings and GI Pipes, of any dia) , Carpenter work (all type of joinery work for wooden , steel, aluminium) and welding work(Any type of steel work such as rolling shutter ,windows, door frame and other iron works or any other B/R complaints of subject CA etc .complete all as directed and specified. Note : 1.Major parts such as Spindles / phases of CP pillar cocks, wall mixer, WHB mixer, Two way bib taps, CP bib cocks, Angle cocks replaced if any shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item. 2.New GI pipes replaced if any shall be measured and paid under respective item of this schedule as S&F. This item include for labour part only for removal of blockages of air lock etc. 3.The contractor shall be provided all types of tools and equipments for joinery work such as drilling machine (with all type of drilling rod), cutting blades, Screw tightening machine, nail (any type and size) etc. 4.The contractor shall be provided welding machine , welding rod , gloves, welding glass or any other tools as required completed all as specified and directed by Engr-in charge.

Checking and attending to cleaning and maintenance of sewage line system, including blockage/choke in WHB, bottle traps, kitchen sink/Nahani tras/Floor traps, water closet, soil/waste pipe running on external walls of bldgs including junction holes of any description and sewage line of any size ,blockage of any description in any situation manually and mechanically as required including all equipments viz bamboo, tools, sewage pump, sewage machine etc including replacement of defective items/materials and refixing covers to manholes/gully trap in position etc. After cleaning and removing the deposited sludge/solid/liquid material outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles (premium quality) of size 6 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.06 Sqm but not exceeding 0.11 Sqm, as in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles over and including M&L 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed colour ceramic tiles (premium quality) of size 250X350X6-7mm / 300X450X6-7 mm, as in vertical surface such as i.e. dado/skirting etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles, over & including M&L 10mm thick backing coat in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling, stone slab, floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises, complete all as directed.
