Loading & safe carriage & unloading of heavy other line material (other than pole) such as ACSR Weasal Conductor, M.S. Angle, M.S. Channel, Stay Rod, Earthing Rod, 11 KV X-Arm etc. from Store Centre to site store distance within 50 Kms. and back cartage of material if required.

Excavation of foundation Pit in size of 75x45cm having depth of 1/6th of the full length of the support(pole), providing and laying of stone pad (300x300x75 mm) in the Bottom of the pit. Erection of support (pole) complete with fixing of 11 KV V-type cross-Arms and other accessories by providing clamps made of MS flat of size 65x65xc6 mm with Nuts & Bolts, as per RESPO Norms. a) Single support

8.5 Mtr long PCC Pole

Excavation of foundation pit in size of 75x45cm having depth of 1/6th of the full length of the support(pole)Erection of support(pole) complete with providing and fixing of all clamps made of MS flat of size 75x8 mm. an other accessories . The work includes fabrication work and fixing of cross bracing sets 3.5 Mtr from MS Angle 65x65x6 mm/50x50x6 mm. The work includes cutting holes and providing MS Bolts of 16x40 mm size in the middle of the cross bracing with 1 No. sparing washer of proper size b) Double Pole Structure

Grouting of support in CC 1:4:8(cement, sand & 40 mm. brick ballast) Grouting will be done in the block of size 45x45cmx1/6th of full length of the support upto ground level, 30 cm plinth above the ground level with CC 1:3:6 (cement, course sand and stone grit) with muffing. The work includes back filling and proper ramming etc. a) Single support

Grouting of Stay Rods(20x1800)mm including all work of excavation, cement concrete in size of (0.60x0.60x0.30)M in the ratio of 1:4:8(cement, sand, 40mm brick ballast) including back filling of soil and proper ramming etc.

Fixing, tightening and nozelling of stay wire with stay rod with the pole of required tension by providing insulators of 11 KV & stay clamps.

Earthing of support with MS Earth Rod of (20x2500)mm long including excavation of pit and driving MS Rod 3.0 M apart from support and 0.5 M below the ground level and connecting below the earth electrodes with the help of GI wire No. 8SWG and earthing lugs

Laying, sagging, stringing and binding etc of ACSR Weasel Conductor on the newly erected poles as per RESPO Norms and as per direction of Supervising Engineer.

Mounting of following transformers of different capacities, on Single Pole / Double Pole / Plinth alongwith fixing of clamps and nuts & bolts with proper binding / jumpering etc.
